Looking at this video it seems if Railways safety audit is done then they will fail miserably. That guy is not following any industrial safety protocol.

I think no because if sugar level is high then sometimes your vision will be blured. Loco Pilot needs clear eye vision. Try your level best and the remaining thing leave it on your faith.
Why he need safety vest or shoes (his sports shoe is enough). He is not going to war, he is just doing shunting, for that a pair of glove is what you needed. And FYI the the person who is recording, is the position for radioman who communicates between both loco pilot & that engg using a walkie talkie.
