I just got a fake in after buying off depop (Second hand p2p marketplace thing popular in UK/Europe) and it's scarily close. The only way I noticed is because the packaging was off, and after further inspection the pattern was slightly off (The lines on the squares were too thick) everything else is PERFECT. Luckily I can get my money back but honestly the belt is very nice and wearable for a fake. Only way to tell is comparing to a real one/photos

I've learned that the fakes have the L backwards at the top. It should be pointing to the right more than it points to the left. Other than that I'd have no clue it was the bottom one as fake.
I got the black one for $30 and the only way you’ll know it’s fake is cause there’s no extra space at the start and where the lv sign is and it’s not as wide and that’s pretty much it
