Thank you so much for watching, Erin! Glad to have you here! And i would be so interested in learning how you made the decision to do a post doc (I’m thinking about whether or not i want to).

@@justcallmeivonne Hi! I did it because it was the only offer I got that wasn't adjuncting, and i LOVE teaching and doing research. I applied to tenure track and non-tenure track positions as well, and just didn't get any bites, but I wasn't ready to leave the university setting yet. I haven't yet found an alt-academic or non-academic job that feels like a good fit. I'm not sure if this postdoc is just kicking the decision down the road a few years, but I've gotten so much mental space to teach and write (much more than I did in grad school, and much better pay and benefits), so it's a nice place to get to take a breath and consider what will come next. Definitely down to talk about it at any time!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I’ll definitely be reaching out if i have any more questions but i think your decision made total sense. And i honestly don’t know what non-academic job i would go for (I’ve worked for nonprofits and I’d rather not go back 😬) so i have to make academia work unless i fulfill my big dream of living on a veggie farm/animal sanctuary 🤣

Hey can you make a video on your health planner too? I'm very interested, I liked a lot your previous video on the goals according to atomic habits it inspired to organize my goals better!😊

would love to hear why you went with sterling ink over hobonichi this year! i'm stuck on which planner(s) to use this year. i am really a one book person at heart so i may just go with my TAN B6 medium weeks but not sure.

Thank you for watching! I touch on it in my unboxing of the planner and in my planner line up. But the short answer is that i loved the hobonichi cousin but i didn’t like the dated dailies so the SI had what i loved about the Cousin but with the flexibility of all those blank pages. Hopefully that clarifies!
