Nice video, but the reason why the shiny pack can be better is because it says that all 3 cards are guaranteed to be Shadow or better which makes the card value much higher than the meteorite version you get from the basic pack. So this set up is actually really brilliant - if you care about value, buy the shiny, if you just care about playability, buy the basic. Prompts to GU.
agreed shinies are more, but even at double the price it isn't worth, look at the second hand market for example. we can see now shadow WW cards are not even 2x the meteorite counterpart, and shiny packs will allow you to recieve 3 cards total where as for the same price you can get 30 booster cards, which alone is better value for money on average, as 3 shadows would be the cost of 6 meteorites, but you still have 24 more meteorites for the same price.

yeah just remember the added cost of the shiny card can outweigh the bonus gods you get for years to come depending on the price of the shiny
If they ever do deforging its not the price of the shinies that goes up. its the price of the meteorites that goes down
10000% agree, it can work both ways, there will be profits at both ends on cards that are only double the cost in higher shines, because there is not an equal ratio of meteorite to shadows, so if a shadow is 2x it won't deflate the market.

I think for now most low budget players should just focus on getting regular meteorite cards. You might even save money if you buy them from someone else on the markets. People are literally giving them away for cents to the dollar they paid for. Idk why but I'll take them lol
Also when buying on nft market you get to choose not to get the useless cards 😁

Have you considered amount of WW packs to be on sale? With 19 unique cards, every card can have insane number of copies so the WW card prices on market can be really low, IMHO.

scarcity is a really important principle, but alas if the cards are underpowered, it doesn't matter unless they're a 1 of 1 collectors item
