Theyre between a rock and a hard place. They know how bad the cheating is. They've lost a lot of their player base. They believe the streamers attract players to the game, and are helping it be successful. They're afraid if they remove the white-list they'll loose whatever appeal they have left in the game.

I got shadow banned 3 times prior to season 4 of Warzone on the original map... I don't even play anymore, always sent into cheating lobbies cos my friends and I used to be a great PUBG team in OCE and it transitioned to Warzone so our team KD was 4-4.5 My only affiliation with Warzone is watching Call of Shame videos and it justifies that my time is better spent playing anything else.

I played Warzone these days after the bans and I can say I have been in peace for a loooong time. Like Activision at last put on their boots against the hackers.

Like Breadman locking on that players head across the airport, while the guy was on the other side of a wall, invisible. yeah that wasn't ds4, that was straight up aimbot, ds4 has been a great program especially for emulators, its a shame that people have been using it for macros and extra aim assist.
They only banned Rewasd because JackFrags made a video about it exposing it and since he has such a big channel, they had no choice but to take action. Do you all “feel” the recent mass-ban impact in game? Less cheating? I’m only 1.2KD player and I play solos a ton, so I get mixed lobbies. It feels the same. About every 3rd-5th opponent is a super sweat. That’s doesn’t mean they’re cheating, of course. I have noticed my KD rising (weekly avg is closer to 1.6 now).

Seems to me that weapons need to be reworked. LMGs and smgs should not have that kind of range.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but recently I noticed with a PS5 controller you don't need DS4 installed on Windows 10, worth a test but if it works without no more need for it

Do you all “feel” the recent mass-ban impact in game? Less cheating? I’m only 1.2KD player and I play solos a ton, so I get mixed lobbies. It feels the same. About every 3rd-5th opponent is a super sweat. That’s doesn’t mean they’re cheating, of course. I have noticed my KD rising (weekly avg is closer to 1.6 now).
