I will never forget he interview with the father who's 8 year old daughter was missing. He cried with happiness when he heard her body has been found and she was not kidnapped and taken back into Gaza. For him her death was a blessing compared to the treatment she would have had to endure under Hamas.

And he is one of many, not just one family enduring this hell, but currently at least 199 hostages in Gaza. Many fathers are experiencing the same pain. That is what is so so unbearable, because he represents many who are in this horrific state of not knowing if he will ever see his wife, daughters and mother in law again. and even worse, if they are being degraded while held captive. The barbarity of the whole 7th October attack is depraved, brutal, and utterly repulsive. How a human being can behave like this to other human beings is beyond belief. yet it has happened, and it makes me despair of so called humanity. What were they hoping to achieve, all out war with Israel? It looks like that was the goal, they were willing to sacrifice the people of Gaza to bring Israel into disrepute. they were willing to have their people bombarded, so they could say, look what Israel does to our women and children. These are the games Hamas play, while their leaders are in hiding. like cowards. The Hamas terrorists assaulting women and children and murdering everyone and anyone on 7th October are cowards. My father lost a wife and two young girls in the Holocaust, before coming to the U.S., remarried and had my sister and me years later. I can only now, seeing this, finally have a much clearer understanding of the devastation and hell he went through then and the effect on the rest of his life.😢

He doesn’t need to carry such guilt in his grief. Given the chance to say sorry to loved ones, too late, it seems 10 out of 10 individuals would want to say sorry to someone they lost or lost contact with. It is normal, to have such an experience. It also seems, IF he said sorry, she would say, It is alright, he doesn’t need to be guilt ridden with sorrowful anguish. He doesn’t need to carry the heaviness of the experience, even so it seems difficult. Hopefully in any amount of time he finds ease, and no matter what happens, he finds tomorrow, until God calls him.
