I have to disagree with the comments about the IC. The IC seems clear. direct and commanding, and IMO it sounds like he has very good situational awareness. The IC's job isn't to talk nicely or ask people politely to do things, his job is to command and control the situation. I think that with the adrenaline and nerves these firefighters were dealing with, this IC's tone of voice and clear direction helped to keep them focused on the mission.
I don't know what your "white helmets" are like but my bosses on scene talk just like this guy does-and WE listen. Like someone said he is not there to be nice....he is doing his job.
