Yeah you can play high C to Double G with just going open, and I think double G# too
once you get into that range you can play virtually every note with like any finger combination
Sure. Up there, you pick the fingering that gives you the best intonation, determined by trial and error, not theory.
I'm a sax player that used to play trumpet, and it's wacky how similar trumpet harmonics above high C mirror how altissimo works on sax

Oh god this is the dude that can't hold the damn camera still and gets directly in people's faces while they play. It's a shame because the music is awesome but the videos are horrendous.
