Their song *Disciple* from Teatro Metropolitan shows Dany ( _Guitar_ ) and Pau ( _Drums_ ) share the vocals and also show how they interact with the audience.

DPA/TW and Alessia Cara certainly understood the assignment!
Alessia Cara is a Grammy winning Canadian Pop and R&B singer... they had 10 days to rip this rendition of *Enter Sandman* from the ether and make it a darker, more eerie, and a more haunting lullaby than the original metal version... this was done because they, and many other artists from numerous genres, were invited by Metallica to take one of the songs from the original "Black" album, keep the lyrics and change it up how ever you like... play it backwards, upside down, whatever... this was all for the 30th anniversary of the "Black" album... all the submissions from 50someodd artists were put on the 2021 "The Metallica Blacklist" album... the proceeds from the album sales are split 50/50 with half going to Metallica's "All Within My Hands Foundation" and the other half being donated to a charity of the participating artists' choice.
in the OMV, Dany (guitar) and Alessia share the lead vocals until they are in the three doorways when Dany takes over and Alessia does more of the background oooohs and aaaahs... the version they play in concert has Dany doing the vocals with a backing track of Alessia's ohhhs and ahhhs... of course Ale (bass) and Pau (drums) join in with their angelic harmonies in both... this is a fantastic reimagining of the iconic original... this 60+ year old rocker loves both versions of *Enter Sandman* but this one by TW and Alessia gets more airtime these days 😹

The original MV for this song from 2021 has 3.5 million views today and it sounds a little different and is beautifully made, but I still prefer them live like here. Their first straight cover of this song they did when they were 14, 12, and 9 has 25 million views but is 7 years older than the MV. This performance is just 1½ years old and has 576k views so far.

@@TheUnderdogDe This version is worthy of 25 million hits. The first one got to that point over time, partly because of the "WOW, they're so freaking young" factor, and partly because it WAS done so faithfully to the original, by kids who were so freaking young! Their mountainside outdoor cover of Foo Fighters' *The Pretender* is another great blast from their past. Heck, the whole catalog of videos on their site is worth watching over time.

Amazing to see on the internet three distinct differing tastes in music where you are comfortable with disagreeing with each other, but showing mutual respect. As with anything, there are some things like this song where you all can agree, but when you don't, there is no animosity. Speaking of ANIMOSITY, it is one of my favorite songs by The Warning and the version at this same concert is excellent.

The girls from The Warning became famous with their cover of Enter Sandman When They Were Little Girls. They played songs for personal entertainment, and they recorded the covers of the songs they played on video and uploaded them to a RUclips account that they had. So that their grandparents could see them play.
But someone saw the video and shared it and in a very short time it already had more than 7 million views, and at that moment The Warning was born. And right now that video has 25 million views. I recommend you Enter Sandman cover when they were little girls. ♥♥♥ The Warning.

I have to admit, I am not a Metallica fan, and I was sick of this song, until this version came along. A lullaby where Dany very sweetly puts you to bed, then rouses the troops, shares a little prayer, the angel chorus (with Alessia Cara) comes to sing you to sleep, then Boom, the hammer drops. I think of this very much as the female version of the Sandman tale. So good. Delicate, powerful, soothing, strong, gentle, fierce-all at the same time. I love this one.

Greetings girls, it's very difficult to measure a band by one or two songs. They are not the first to doubt initially, but The Warning have very good songs of their own, many of the old school are reluctant at first but over time they have given the band credit. It's a complicated rock environment for a female band, but the girls of The Warning are doing it and doing it very well, the good music is undeniable. Any live track from the Metropolitan Theater has a really great sound quality, if you want good quality and see them live I highly recommend this concert which is posted on their channel.

A heavy and Dark song is off their older Album, the Title Track Queen of the Murder Scene. Note the word they chant is Kirosu , Japanese for kill. The entire Album is a dark concept album starting with the prologue Dust to Dust, then into 3 paragraphs of 3 songs each, taking the Queen from infatuation, to stalker, to killer to psycho and finally suicide. Other songs on it that are fan favorites are Stalker, Dull Knives, Red Hands Never Fade, Hunter and P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C a weird cheerleader Punk or so they call it, it is an ironically upbeat song considering the lyrics are psycho. Pau the main songwriter or song originator is a better term was going through a phase she said, that phase coincided with a lot of interest from Labels all of which they rejected. The urban legend is that when one label told them you can play for 100 people by yourself or 10000 for us, Pau's response was she would rather play for 12 people than 12000 for them.
The Error Album thematically is throwback to their first Album they made when they were between 11 and 16 called XXI Century Blood, the Album is heavy with criticism of Social Media especially the Title Track with other very personal songs of their youth like When I am Alone.

How can a band that has a number like Queen of the Murder Scene write a song with pop sensibilites like More? Well, how can the Beatles have Helter Skelter and When I'm 64? Eclectic writing really is a Classic Rock thing.

From the same concert, I would like to see you watch "Z", "23", and "Queen of the Murder Scene".

Good choice...they are always better live!
Pick ANY song from their live @ Teatro Metropolitan setlist.
Favorites are Z (opening song), Animosity, Disciple, Dust to Dust (drummer vocals), Evolve, Queen of the Murder Scene (dark), Choke, Enter Sandman (reimagined), etc....Have fun!

Metallica is one of few bands which got me from the 1980s Rock music until I discovered the Warning last June so I feel I am a good judge for you.
I would thoroughly recommend you listening / reviewing The Warning’s Metallica’s cover Atlas Rise - the one thing that set’s it apart from Metallica is the use of both Dany and Pau as shared lead vocalists with their subtly different voices with Ale’s backing vocals. This real does smash home - fabulous energy.
Three original Warning songs I would recommend as heavier for me are Queen of the Murder Scene, Z and Dust 2 Dust.

When they were nine 12 and 14 years old they did a Metallica cover of Enter Sandman playing it exactly like the song even the solo. They actually did it to show their grandparents but it was too big and couldn't be put in an email so the father came up with the idea to post it on RUclips and then call the grandparents and say hey go look this up this is what your granddaughters are doing. All of a sudden it went viral I don't know if it was overnight or if it took two or three nights but it went viral, current to date it has 25 million views. Even Metallica saw it and Kurt Hammett himself said that the drummer was badass. Later down the line when they were doing the 30th anniversary of The Black Album they were one of the Bands of many that were offered to make a version of any song off the album that they wanted to do a cover of but they didn't want the original like the one they've done they want something completely different totally turned inside out like the gentleman below a couple comments down said but he forgets to mention is that Metallica light the warnings new version of Enter Sandman so much better than any of the other bands that are on the album that they got the first spot on the album. Now to go one step further they did a video it is not just like the one that you have seen the live concert version it's an actual music video with Alissa Cara it's not the same it's slightly different. For one you hear Alyssa Cara singing all through it anothe. Another thing is that the prayer that is said in the middle of song is actually done by Paulina the drummer unlike in the controversion that they do and the visuals and everything else is really amazing you should check out the music video too. Anyway just thought I'd share that with you have a good day ladies.

This is track #1 in Metallica's Blacklist album. The Warning did a stellar job and they did it again with the epic version played on their X anniversary shows: ruclips.net/video/qFTUU8KPh-4/видео.html

Not everyone is going to be fans of The Warning and I understand that, I can't even get my own mother to rock out to them. She agrees they are really talented and likes what they do but it is not her style of music, but then she likes Jim Reeves and Elvis so I guess there is no accounting for taste. 🤣 Still I am glad you liked this version of Enter Sandman it really is a brilliant interpretation and exactly what Metallica asked for. They didn't want straight covers, they wanted the invited bands to change up the songs , turn them inside out and upside down, but keep the lyrics. The Warning did what was asked and more changing the original song far greater than any other of the bands on the Blacklist album.

Don't sweat the weird fan boy comments. I've been following The Warning since their original Enter Sandman cover went viral. I even was a member of their Patreon for a couple of the earlier years*. So, fair to say I'm a fan, and I’ve been really enjoying watching their musical evolution and growing success. They have an active online following, which definitely has helped their career, but as always, with these things, there is a fanatical section that seems to have let go of reality and is just toxic. They seem to have gotten it into their heads that The Warning is the only worthwhile rock band of the last 30 years, and they can't stand anyone thinking differently. It's the same as what you see with other dedicated online fanbases, like say Taylor Swift or BTS. The one difference, though, is that those fanbases have the excuse of being teenagers, while the toxic core of The Warning fans seem to be mostly middle-aged men, so that's a kinda sad state.
*I only stopped because they got successful enough to be self-sustaining, and I wanted to use my Patreon budget for smaller artists.

We called us this for many reasons, but we all have our say in it, it's not one person. Carole had something to say here, and we let her, not sure what you mean by this comment.
