I have two DJI mic 2 transmitters and the receiver. They sell the Pocket 3 here in Canada (Power Expansion Combo) for $814 plus tax on Amazon. Would that be a better deal for me than the more expensive Creator Combo? I'm thinking the Power Expansion Combo may be worth it for the extra battery time instead of the basic camera for $719 plus tax...thoughts?
I like this comparison. I have the 2 and I'm trying to decide whether to upgrade. I didn't know the creator combo came with a mic so for me that's a huge pull. I actually live in the city where these cameras are made so I feel like I should be able to get a good deal, but it seems pretty similarly priced across the board!
First time the ActiveTrack really works. Now AT with that wireless Mic is really great combo. And battery grip is actually good. I also use the black soft case that came with Creator Combo.
i don't like using it when doing a "walk and talk" it makes you jitter on the screen while everything else is smooth. .... but it's *perfect* on a tripod.
I got the basic, I don’t really need the mic for filming my kids. Can you plug an usbc battery pack to the camera and charge and filming at the same time.?
If battery is not removable, then how does one replace it? Is this an iPhone type of battery, were one needs to pay $69 to have their battery replaced? Also, notice battery warranty is only 6 months so if it fail after that is one stuck with a $519 paper weight?
I own the DJI Mic 2 full kit….. now I want the Pocket 3, but I don’t need the Mic! I want the other accessories.. buying them separately is more expensive. So i feel forced to buy the damn Pocket creator combo.

I too just bought the basic package. I wish the tripod mount was much smaller. I also wish this attachment included a stereo plug... but... alas.

Don't use the case. It grips the screen when pulling camera off the case and it will eventually break it.
Just pull the opposite way… no mystery
