Bricey...new sub; excellent, excellent excellent show; the amount of football knowledge shared and insight was so amazing!! Learned alot and what a great, well thought-out commentary on the state our Falcons. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, I just hate when the "media" tries to force feed us a narrative. You don't like the Penix move, fine, but it feels like vitriol hate. If ANY team has an older QB, they will draft a replacement; yes, they signed Cousins, but free agency comes before the draft in the NFL, you don't know was going to happen, and for the thousandth time, the Jets had an AMAZING defense, and they put all their chips on Aaron Rodgers and what happened???? Zach Wilson crapped the bed; so Falcons fans need to chill out; it was a shock, and I get it, you may have your thoughts, but let the dust settle and see what transpires. 7-10 with terrible QB play and IF we had a least some competent QB play, the defense wouldn't have to do all the work; IT is a TEAM game remember? We all have questions, I do too, but for the first time, I actually feel excited about the direction, having the best QB right now to get us over the hump, and then a QB in the future, and if it doesn't work, you have a few years to figure it out. You can't do everything in one draft either.... next next is a GREAT crop of EDGE rushers, and then you can get your CB, as well as your LT, RT for the future and address the C if needed (this will depend on the tampering penalty), but I like the direction FINALLY of our team.
it was a Mistake you either sign Kirk draft top defender in the draft or draft Penix sign top defender in Free Agency this means you either wasted 100 million or you wasted #8 pick you have now ensured Kirk and Penix will not be as successful as could have been
