I love the way Eliot’s hands were shaking during the car bomb episode. Eliot walks into danger on his own with no fear. But the fact that Hardison was in danger had him trembling. The reluctant hero is always my weak spot.
Don't forget when Hardison got buried alive
Elliot met Hardison and Parker (both of whom, while badass with computers or locks, aren't so great in a fight) and said "These two need a bodyguard"
His hand was shaking because the actor Christian Kane has permanent nerve damage in that right forearm and hand from a stunt going wrong earlier in his career and they were able to use that in the scene. Same with his character in Almost Paradise that hand shaking is all real and they wrote that into the show to be able to use it and explain it if people noticed. Harder to hide it as the actor gets older. 2
I love how episode 1 these guys were all like “I work alone >:(“ and the later seasons turn into “Dad, can we keep the waterfall cave?!”
Eliot plays at being unattached but they still have a secret handshake.
I legit stan these two arguing. Especially when Sophie and Parker are just standing there taking it, while rolling their eyes. 👀🤣
And when Alec was like "CAN WE KEEP THE CAVE" and Nate was like, "We are NOT KEEPING THE CAVE" it sounded like a dad telling their kid that no, you cannot keep that stray cat, put it back. 🤣

"Dammit Hardison!" still lives rent free in my head. And their sandwich tiff will always be my favorite scene(s) by those two. Followed by who stole the blade.

I love how during the guys night out job instead of getting frustrated and upset at Hardison for his normal complaining Eliot recognizes that Hardisons genuinely upset and does his best to let him work it out. He lets him deal with the drug cartel without letting him know he’s actually the one taking the guys out, he lets Hardison climb the fence, Eliot even tries to give him that little pep talk. It’s so cute
Plus he lets Hardison win rock paper scissors even though Hardison has a tell and he can beat him anytime he wants to
I love Eliott getting excited about an Eliot Signal.
Elliot's line delivery always has me ON THE FLOOR i live for him and hardison bickering

Favorite Elliott and Hardison moment from S1, E10. Elliot -"Im looking for a Tom barker, I'm his brother, Mark," Receptionist -"Only family gets in," Elliot *flirts with her*, Rep-"and you are?" Hardison-"I am, I am with him", front desk-"so you are a friend or..?", Hardisone- "I am with him *wraps his arm around Elliott's". Hardison- "See, he thinks the flirting makes me jealous, and it would if he was Denzel or Brad Pitt, then it would be on, girl."😂

I always loved how the two endgame couples were falling in love in the show meanwhile Elliot was just everyone's annoyed brother 😂😂😂he had to babysit hardison and parker while playing anchor for sophie and nate😂😂😂
This show. Some of the best writting I ever saw. The characters are always spot on.

Watching leverage redemption now, i realises they came a long way. They're better in master of all skills now, but the bickering is still the same
i've been real hesitant to watch it.
i love the og a lot but recent history has shown modern hollywood has no fucking idea how to do a continuation anymore so i'm real sketchy about the second series
@@whitemoonwolf13 the only difference is nathan was not there anymore, and they added 2 new members. The og cast is still there and the director is the same. They changed it to leverage redemption cause they used different network now (copyright issue). I suggest you try give it a go. But the pilot episode is not that intense, afterwards its good

5:01 okay but when elliot sees hardison in the museum, he does a double take. elliot is casing a job, he’s hyper aware of everyone around him, constantly scanning for threats. he trained himself to notice everything about a person with a glance, able to gauge their threat level in less than a second, so why does he need to double check that? he catches another person walking into the same room he’s in, looks up and sees hardison across the room, and relaxes, because that’s his team, his family, of course they’re there while he’s working. and then he remembers that they scattered, that he doesn’t have a team, not anymore, and looks up again, because what is hardison doing there?

I’m really sad that Aldis Hodge is so limited on appearances in the revival due to Black Adam because their banter isn’t the same 🥲🤧 that being said I’m so thankful we have him (and almost the whole cast!) at all. I do like Harry and Breanna a lot, though, I can’t lie

Not really though. Hardison is gone most of the time and the best part of the show was the interaction between Eliot Hardison and Parker. With even one of the 3 missing the show lacks the same energy it had before. And Hardison is missing, a lot.
@@amberanime I think it was because of scheduling and the actor also working on something else - he might be back properly next season (hopefully)
And i like harry wilson. Having someone who knows abt the technicalities and formalities of laws is great addiction. I wish he will stay for season 2

I always looked at the Leverage as a sitcom family. You have Sohpie and Nate are the parents, always arguing, Parker and Elliot are brother and sister, and Hardison is the wacky black neighbor
This is why I can't really watch the new one. This dynamic is missing.
God i love the first seasons of leverage and it really went downhill when Tim hutton left
