Look at the angle where he gets the puck! He´s in a bad position, leaning forward not in control. Any other player would just try to dump it, at best, to avoid a stick on stick situation with Eriksson and the risk of a turnover. Instead Karlsson gets control in a millisecond, loses Eriksson with an unrealistically quick move and in the same motion dekes the next guy and passes to his open fellow d-man. No other player in today's NHL would even be able to pull this off. Only two names in history comes to my mind that might have been: Lemieux and Kovalev, but I´m not sure...
