    அரைத்து வைத்துள்ளேன்......அதுதான் தோசையா , அடையா , காய்கள் போட்டு , வெங்காயம் , சீரகம் , மல்லிஇழை , கீரை இப்படி சேத்து போடுவேன்....3 . 5 குழந்தைகளும் நாங்களும் அதுதான் சாப்பிடுவோம்.....கொஞ்சம் கெட்டியா இருக்குன்னு தோனிச்சுன்னா இதுகூட கொஞ்சம் அரிசி (200gr , உளுந்து 100gr , வெந்தயம் 2 sp ஒன்னா போட்டு 1 மணிநேரம் ஊறியபின் mix ல அரச்சு அதுகூட அரைத்த தானியபயறு மாவு 4 கரண்டி சேர்த்து கலந்து வைத்து நாலுமணி நேரம் கழித்து தோசை ஊத்தினால் நார்மல் அரிசி தோசை மாதிரியே மொறு மொறுன்னு அருமையா இருக்கும்...செய்து காட்டிய தோசைகளுக்கு நன்றி.....அருமை..

    Hi sis. Nan 2month weight loss ku try pandren. Intha 2month um no oil food, no junk food, no without any type of sugar, night morning, afternoon entha food eduthukirathu ila. Night Mattum only one oats chapathi. Ivlo than 2month routine ah pandren. 2kg reduce agiruku. Morning empty stomach la weight check panina 59.100kg kaatuthu. Afternoon check panina 60.400kg kaatuthu.
