While visiting the garden, the man accidentally discovered a puppy. The poor dog was only about 1 month old and very young, the puppy's fur was covered in dirt and dust. Someone put the puppy in a plastic bag and left it here, . It was winter outside so the weather was very cold, the temperature dropped to only -4°C, bringing with it strong winds that made the puppy's body shiver from the cold. The puppy tried to curl up in a plastic bag and cried loudly calling for his mother in despair...

I cannot imagine what goes through a persons head when they do such cruel acts. What are they thinking when they leave a tiny baby in a bag out in the cold and away from its Mother when it is clearly still nursing? What level of cruelty do you have to possess? Those people are less than human.
