That right there is a whole food meal with lots of fiber. Eating this type of food guarantees you NEVER ever become constipated.

Kenya is so beautiful. It’s people, hospitality and the the friendliness in the air. I loved the night life and the touch of Indian food every where. When I told them I was Indian I saw a smile on everyone’s face. They truly know the meaning of service. The weather is always nice. Food is quite cheap. The youth are very energetic and they are demanding a change. They want to grow and always eager to learn new things. Very hard working and honest people. Unlimited love from India. I wish to visit Kenya once again in my life.

Give thanks! It was so refreshing to see a piece of positive journalism depicting a harsh reality of life in Kenya yet sending out messages of hope. I also enjoyed how the entire story was put together. Though it was geared towards illustrating issues to do with food diversity and prices, tribalism, xenophobia etc it was delivered in such a way that anyone who watches it and has never been to Kenya leave alone Africa can see a completely different image of Africa despite our many struggles. It is no lie that Africa has her own issues to solve but so does the rest of the world. We always see images of wealthy and prosperity coming from the West and the East being described in such negative light that such a piece of journalism ought to be appreciloved and congratulated. Hongera and asante sana!

India is poor, but It's also considered a newly industrialised country, which means India has began to industrialise (As China has done) and has lots of potential. The only newly industrialised country in Africa is South Africa.

West have devastated the beauty of Africa. Otherwise it’s the best place on earth to have fun! Such a fun loving people. Police is corrupt in Nairobi but I was use to it as I am from India. Police sucks every where! I request African people to not to fall in the trap of western worlds. Demand for changes. Fight for it and die for it if its required. Africa will thrive once again. God bless India-Africa ties. I wish India could contribute more towards your upliftment! :)
