The umm lotion and paper towels by the owners chair in the theatre....no comment
😂
😂☝🏽5:33 Lol 😂
That’s chocolate 😅🤔
You know you've been watching a lot of these videos when you find this valuation reasonable
Literally man😂
But what about the property in Vail, Colorado for $45 Million I had trouble thinking that one was reasonable...
@@lautrefemme2677 that is resonable too, that has a prison and a whole town
to be fair it's 456 acres
@@JubbArts 165 Forest Rd?
I would change pretty much everything 😂😅
Except the car barn.
@@bngr_bngr The first thing that changes is that useless waste of space are you kidding.
@@JV-cz6fz I assume you don’t like cars. You can turn it back into an equestrian center.
@@bngr_bngr The possibilities are endless! yeap
@@bngr_bngr And except the theater
It’s so dark in there. And dated. Like not vintage in any way, just tacky 2000s.
It fits the general theme of the South
Some people love cozy dark homes
will cost another 15mil to gut it all and actually make it liveable
Finally! A classic, old-world European, Spanish Revival, southern colonial, historically questionable, log cabin barn
It looks like a kitschy granny's home on steroids.
,😭😭😂
The whole place irks me. Its so spacious, but makes me feel claustrophobic.
I know what you mean! It feels like the mansion from Resident Evil.
It's such a weird mix of styles. It feels like it was renovated during the lates 90's/early 00's, because it just has that bleh look to it.
5:14 A bottle of lotion and roll of paper towels by the middle seat.. NICE
how do you notice that lmao
Haha
HAaaaaaaaaaaaahaha
3:53 Soothing? This is one of the busiest decors I’ve ever seen. It’s ostentatious and disjointed. This feels like “new money” ... they’ve built what they think a rich person’s house should be like.
except with furniture and deco from 1912
Exactly what I was thinking
@@saibot1221 most people actually like that decor
@@helloitsme1130 well they’ve got piss poor taste
@@helloitsme1130 ...not “most”, or even close to ‘many’.
someone saw that nivea lotion in the theatre ? dk what they are watching there :D
And a roll of paper towels on the other side of the chair! 😅
I saw that and was like uh.. what’s going on here 😂
It must be the home caretaker. 😎😎
5:15 😂😂😂
LMAO
Architect: what do you want exactly?
Owner: I want exactly every shape, every material from every era. Aaaaand my grass has to be so green the nature around looks like sh**
3:32, the family room is a crime for a house of this size...
Yep, you can tell an older person/couple lives in this house because all of the couches, rugs, and bedding is not my first choice of decor.
And the rear-projection TV in the living room!
I like it and I'm 25 sooo...
And the mention of the room for the grandkids!
I'm 20 and this is exactly the kind of interior design I'd have in my house!
A lot of modern style mansions just scream expensive glorified ikea to me.
But yeah, when I'll be able to afford anything remotely like this, I'll probably be pretty old 🥴
It was probably furnishes in the 80s and 90s by already older ppl..
I dont know why everyone hates it. I really like it
Best I can do is $1,500
Ah yes, a fellow stimmy recipient.
I’d want to remodel the whole thing. No way theyre getting 15 mil
The property itself merits the price tag.
The tackiness chile
@@mae-mx1rt Actually when you are depressed, you don’t care.
and they say white people don't have culture ✨
@@ashriihi 🤣🤣🤣
I want to point out that one of the theater seats has some lotion and a roll of paper towels by the side. What, exactly, were the types of movies shown?!?
literally spent the rest of the video thinking about it lol, I'm glad someone else noticed
The ticket both give me the creep.😱
When she said the grandkids' space was "western themed", I literally said out loud, "of course it is." Lmao
it's decorated like a wild west themed rollercoaster
It's a steal for 450 acres
Not if you don't want to live in Georgia
@@peace4myheart chances are if you can afford this house you have multiple other houses so you can just buy it as an investment
450 acres in Georgia is less than $15.5 million. At this point I'm not sure why this home has a price tag of $15.5 mill. You can buy a house in Atlanta with 26,000 sq feet and a 2021 decor for under $5 mill. This is ugly. 😂😂😂😂
I'm more impressed with the land than the house. At first, I thought that the house was surrounded by some kind of moat, or the river had been redirected, but no... It's literally on it's own narrow little private promontory that the river naturlaly flows around. But yeah, I've never been a fan of the "farmhouse mansion" style. Also, could be a candidate for the title of the "America's Most Expensive House Without A Pool" competition.
5:39 lotion and tissues in the theatre room 😂
You know something went wrong for the previous owners
This lady is insane if she thinks she's getting 15.5 in rural Georgia
$7.5 million?
@@jonny5777 i mean say 1.5 million.
That's not really rural Georgia. I checked the map, and the house is only 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta.
maybe the cars are included??
It is actually quite close to Atlanta and with 446 acres, there are plenty of CEOs that would probably love this because of the huge peaceful property considering everyone and their mother lives in Buckhead there. Plus the car barn is a great place to hold events
Me waiting for someone to say that this mansion looks like The Salvatore Boarding House from The Vampire Diaries
I saw a delta faucet in one or more of the bathrooms, the price MUST be lowered to compensate
I love how realtors talk it up and completely lie about houses. Warm and inviting? Nope a confused mess, decorated in the dark.
...it really relaxes my mind...
Unfortunately when you build a mansion to ”your taste” and mix a few different styles, as well as kitsch things like the old timey movie theatre (which I LOVE but don't want it in my house) you're not going to get back what you put into the property money wise
the sitting room of the master literally looks like gryffindor common room with extra red
"It looks like an old person who's never designed anything designed this" - my gf
your right hand is absolutely right
@@knockdown10 noice
The first thing I always think of when I watch these videos, is wondering what these people do for a living the has got them to become so damn rich!!!
This is giving me sports star's cribs episode from 2003 vibes
I think I saw that car barn on a car show before. The owner was an old rich NASCAR person I believe.
what a bizarre mix of styles, southwestern, old English cottage, hunting lodge, '50s Americana, it's got it all!
this is the coolest thing i have ever seen in my whole life 💕
Wholly impressive!
I love it just the way it is. It's worth it " IF " it comes as furnished with EVERYTHING !
imagine having 15.5 M and selecting this of all things
This home needs a few million dollars knocked off! The number of updates you'll need to do to bring it into 2021 is daunting! The remodel is going to cost at least 750K-1.2M!
Nice if you are going for the rustic bordello look.
This looks like somewhere a megachurch pastor would live
The lotion and the paper towel at the theater room 👀
This looks like it’s would be a nice setting for a horror slasher movies and games
I love it...
Perfect for a horror movie
Makes sense that theater has “Gone With The Wind” on the marquee
@@markcarter4373 where did old Southern racism premiere? Thanks for the mansplain btw
i dig it tbh, very cozy vibe, like the white supposed poor family house in a hallmark Christmas movie
That's incredible disgning this house I want to build like this house in my hometown
7:38 Fifty to fifty-five cars? The owner has so many cars that there's a margin of error of five!
Wow, such a stunning house. Not my aesthetic, but gorgeous
No library?
And no rose cutting room :(
The Nivea lotion and roll of paper towels in the theater room suggests a specific type of *video library* was stashed away somewhere.
Why was there a roll of paper towels and a bottle of lotion beside the middle chair in the theatre?!
😏
That literally looks like a Hampton Inn hotel 🤣
I wonder how much guts it takes to appreciate and pitch for something that’s beyond tacky. Kudos lady!
I like modern e contemporary style but all here seam to feat perfectly and actually I like
Must benice
Beautiful house
I like the cars!
Maybe 7-10 mil depending if the cars are included. Just looking at the TV shows it either wasn't used much or owned by someone with multiple residences, or business owned. Danny and Tammy think they are going to pump up the price with grandpa's old classic cars included. Pretty sure this residence was included on a tv show to showoff the theater aspect.
great video
The fact that the outdoor area could be the size of a regular home 😀
First time listening this kind of music
I’ve never heard of “rain chains”. What an interesting idea.
This house make you feel bluesy
Nice!
such a nightmare :
i guess u guys should share the plans and sections of the house , as many young guys such as me look up to it
for inspiration
The person that's reading this, will one day own a house like this, I feel it and believe it.
I sure hope I don't
Doubt
The person that's reading this is dreaming too much and will never own a house like this.
they dont even make houses like that over here
This isn't even a fixer-upper - it's a gut job. Tear it down and put something better on your 400+ acres. Save 1-2 cars and get rid of the "car barn", too.
After watching SNL Zillow skit, RUclips sent me to AD. ok might just as well. LOL
Im glad that the commen section feels what I felt after watching the video
Lotion in the cinema room hmm
The house is soo cottages
As someone who lives in the southwest, this is nothing like NM, like not even close
Love
I like it
It’s not my taste but there are many details I like. I like the openness, the rain chains, and the front door is cool.
Perfect place for ghosts to haunt😂😂
Trying to decide if the TV in the living room is actually that old
or if they mounted a flat screen into a wooden case to look old. Not sure which option is worse.
I actually like the kitschy theater
I feel awful I don’t think I’ve ever said this on one of these but.. oh my gosh this is the tackiest use of square footage. This makes me so sad! Yikes!
this reminds me of the house from get out for some reason
Lotion and paper towels in the theater...wonder what movie is playin?
I like the theater (minus the bottle of lotion) , bar and exterior. But the rest of the interior feels really dated and looks like it would be really hard to fix. Definitely looks more like a show house rather than a house to live in. Also that “get over it” pillow in the first room might as well should’ve said “let them eat cake”.
I'm definitely feeling this one 👍
This definitely looks like new money built in the 2000s. Property is lovely though.
This house is beautiful, but once night falls this is perfect haunted house for a family. Turn this into a resort crowded with people and save everyone the misery.
Very nice, much better than the cities
It is a beautiful home. You could change it how you want. It better have a theater in it though.
Are the cars included?
This is how i imagine the playboy mansion 40 years ago
I think she got a little tipsy on that wine
Perfect setting for a spooky adventure. Maybe the next Resident Evil game.
Upload Nyc apartment tours
I was going to buy it but then she said it had rain chains and that’s a dealbreaker
see, now THIS IS WORTH IT
Am I the only one here who actually likes the house. Really cozy.
You're not. I like it; it reminds me of the early 2000's with my grandparents. Plus the style feels familiar and safe. Like home.
That isn’t to say I wouldn't change parts of it. Theatre could be a VR room or gym. Is there any part you'd change?
It looks like a lodge.
