- The Dynasty Mode trailer dropped for College Football 25 along with a lengthy deep dive article. I'm making multiple videos breaking down the news in great detail. This video focuses on the new wear and tear system as well as customization within Dynasty mode and more features.

Definitely some filler in the article but there was a lot of detail and I really appreciate them doing it that way.
Progression seems like it’s going to be much better. It didn’t really matter the players you brought in because most of the time you could get them to high 80’s and 90’s just by going through the offseason. Should help even more with the difficulty and immersion.
And it’s so awesome that they went to the community for added features. Like the added conference patches and field logos when you get in those dynasty’s where you are swapping conference’s. Seems like such a small feature but it’s awesome for overall immersion.
With all these updated features along with the stories cane gives his players to make them feel more real this dynasty is going to be legendary who will emerge as the next channel legend
Im so hyped and proud of all they did in bring this game back. Its going to be a great year of football

Nailed it on the progression from ‘14…. Really hope there seems to be some logic behind progression. I wish coaches could regress as well, like if they had an awful defensive/offensive season. Maybe you’d have to take away an upgrade from the tree that was previously purchased. I’m sure I won’t use the coach upgrades though.
Idk about not using the coach upgrades the guys who played dynasty said it’s pretty hard

Dynasty mode in ncaa14 was great. And had depth as well once u began to play the setting a lot
Guys a true challenger to NFL 2K5 has emerged. How do I know this game will be arguably the best football game of all time? Hurricane has made 4+ hours of content on just features, based on the RPG elements in the game. If this game has the gameplay which we think it has - along with fantastic presentation as is being hinted? Generational
The gameplay will be improved I played the madden 25 beta and gameplay on there is very much improved with the new Boom tech still tackling needs work tho
This is so dope man I’m so excited my only thing is me being someone who’s the commissioner on online franchise with up to 12 people having to make all their schedules is kinda crazy not gone lie hopefully it’s not too bad I’m looking forward to it
will conference commissioner cane fix the universes problem and bring back the pac 12 so we can have the pac 12 after dark again? jokes aside would be cool if you restored it or just made it where the conferences arent as ridiculous as they are irl. like cal and stanford being in the acc is just beyond me LOL

i'm late to the party, but i really like what I've read/heard. i'm intrigued how the Transfer portal will work. i feel lilke if you got an Impact or star freshman/Soph you may want to play him over a Senior that is 1 to 5 Ovr higher than said Fr/SO so you don't lose that FR/SO to the portal. I'm really excited to play as the Gophers should be a fun rebuild!!!

As a PC player I really hate how good this game is looking. The urge to get a console just for this game is strong.
I don't think you can say the abilities aren't like madden just yet until you play the game because every time EA adds something to a new game its always OP that they gotta patch a week later.

The thing I'm excited for is a season on college football 25 just like with madden with the franchise mood you pick a team a play a season with that team I'm not talking about road to glory or density mood I'm talking about a season like for I the season mood the buckeyes and try to get them to the rose bowl

You wouldn’t redshirt a guy if he could help right away and you think that out ways the extra year of development or if playing time is a deal breaker. They can always try to transfer out as a result.

I think the ONLY thing I’m still very hesitant about is the dev traits. I don’t love them in madden but I feel like they make more sense in a professional setting rather than college.I think it would better to do just a simple how well they perform weighted by how much time they’re given, something like The Show but better cuz their system is pretty bad imo. I just don’t think a freshman with a max of 4 full years of playing should be defined development wise by a couple levels, if they play well as a freshman they should be rewarded as such and if they don’t they stifle a bit I don’t think a development tag is necessary
Dev traits are my biggest concern too. Unless there's some way of them changing throughout a player's career in a way that makes sense and isn't broken.

im so confused. so if a conference cant have less than 4 members, how does the pac-12 work since, going into the game, it only has 2 members at the moment: Oregon St & Washington St

@@kainplays agreed. Not the biggest dems builder user but I love to make costume teams and uniforms even tho I rarely use them in game(artist expression I guess) so I’m with you in hoping for as much freedom as possible in that mode
I am not sure about this progression system. Why would mental abilities not progress. Why would a freshman with Bronze field general still have the same senior year. And that means a 4 year starter will never be able to read pre-snap without the skill. BUT a freshman can come in and be able to read everything pre-snap. I think mentals, especially for QBs, are going to be what everyone is drafting for.
