Do yourself a favor and listen to the entire album this song is on (Fireworks and Rollerblades). “Drunk In My Mind” and “What Do You Want” are my two favorites by far, but the whole album is great. He does a great job of varying the genre and rhythm from song to song.

The reason the structure is so unique is it’s two different songs he was writing and wound up combining.
