Hey jess, I’ve been following you for over 10 years since I was a sophomore in high school. I’m now a 26 year old mom to twins felicity’s age (born April 22). I have grown with you and your family and I love your family focused vlogs and kids recommendations. My twins have loved every single book you recommend. Can you please make a video all about your favorite children’s educational toys books and tools?
All these “traveling with kids” recommendations are amazing!!! This is exactly what we wanted! No need to apologize for showing all kid toys to travel with. We fly frequently between OH and AZ and are always looking for new things to keep the kiddos entertained.
I haven’t watched your videos in a while and I used to be an avid watcher. Life happens but I’ve found my way back and I’ve missed your energy and videos so much😭🩷 I think I’ll be binging on all that I’ve missed in the next few days. I’m so proud to watch you and the growth of your channel. I started watching when I was in college and found you through your makeup vids but I love the lifestyle videos you’ve added in. I feel like I grew up with you and your channel grew with me and I’m always learning from you.
Lol Jess at 34:46 "we're expecting some rain while we're there" then comes face to face with a hurricane 😅 but so glad you and the fam were safe! Many were thinking of you all and praying for the best knowing you were at Disney when Milton hit ❤
Hey Jess! I love your videos because it totally feels like I’m on a FaceTime with my sister or one of my best gal pals! Including the “ hold on I have to show you this super cute thing I just got on Etsy” and talking the whole off camera to go get item. You are the best❤
This vlog was so perfect for us! My hubby was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic so we are really taking a step back and being mindful of what we eat - can’t wait to check out Thrive Market! We’re also heading on a road trip from NH to NC for Thanksgiving, and heading to Disney in February - sooo many great ideas that will make traveling so much easier! Thanks Jessica!! Can’t wait for the Disney Vlogs!
I made the crockpot dish today except I sautéed thawed chopped spinach and mushroom in garlic and butter and added it to the crockpot 30 minutes at the end, served it over spaghetti squash, AMAZING!
Girl, we are like traveling twinsies. We do so much of the same tips and tricks. I love folding up their clothes with their whole outfit in it ready to go for the same reasons you mentioned. I do that for my girls for school too. I also line them up in the suitcase the same way for each of my girls as well. ❤
I used to do the roll up outfits for my son when he was younger as well. Such a useful tool for sure. I love the idea of taking pictures of outfits that are packed, so much easier than digging through everything each day I like Tyler’s hair in the packing part of the video.
Long vlogs -- *chef's kiss* 😙👌🏼 Also, I saw your Instagram story a few days ago, and I just wanted to let you know I am so glad you and your fam are doing okay after the hurricane coming through with being at Disney!
She shouldn’t have gone in the first place when a hurricane of epic proportions had been heavily promoted for days. This is right up there with the infamous Covid trip. I am glad they’re okay but also find their decisions incredibly irresponsible. I expect this comment will be removed by the creator but want to point this out anyhow.
@@bmckongKaren, this is an incredibly unnecessarily hurtful comment. Jessica shares her life and family with us and is always so kind and thoughtful. Her decisions seem to be made in an extremely thoughtful and not at all reckless manner. We’re all just trying to do the best for our families but live with so much underlying anxiety that other moms are judging us. Comments like these make us realize that anxiety isn’t unfounded 🫤
@@bmckongWow so judgmental and unnecessary. Please consider not having to watch this channel if Jessica's decisions in travel choices freak you out so much! Their family travels a lot, as Tyler is a travel agent, which would automatically open them up to more than extraordinary travel situations. Your attitude and comment don't align with this channel. Move along........
Hi Jess! I really enjoyed this vlog. Even though my son is only 8 months old it was really helpful to see what you pack for the car ride and gave me ideas for the future. I also love the idea of the printouts as an activity to all do together. I hope you all had a great Disney trip. I look forward to watching those vlogs!
Jess for the flash cards i put them on a ring, and it’s so much better. I split them up into groups so it’s not too heavy on one ring. Just used a whole punch and a binder ring.
We are driving to Ft. Lauderdale for a Disney Cruise in December with our kids and it’s quite a road trip. This video could not have come at a better time 😊😊
Hi Jessica! I missed your vlogs so much I have been re watching your vlogs from last year around Halloween time and I’ve been loving rewatching them! Can’t believe it’s already been a year since you guys moved to your new work space! Time flys! Glad you guys were safe on your trip and home safe now ❤
Jess, you sound like me when my kids were young! I always brought something for them to do! I’ve noticed that a lot of parents I know, do not do that so much. I kinda think it helps them be creative and learn to explore and learn/entertain themselves. My kids to this day bring something quiet to do when they go anywhere. I guess I do as well!🙊
Raincoat pro tip: pop that sucker on and have your partner hit you with a little spray from the hose. You’ll be able to test out its water resistance BEFORE you need it. Gotta prep for those afternoon Disney showers. 😂
This makes me laugh. I don't remember ever having toys on long car rides. I looked out the window for entertainment 😂 you are such an amazing mom!! But yea that just gave me a laugh. love your channel Jess!
Thank you for the kids entertaining items. I was a teen mom so kids are grown now but buying some for my granddaughter 😅 since she comes over for weekends often ❤
Hi Jessica! Love to see the new vlog! My family and I always drove down to Orlando growing up. We live in the Toronto Canada area and have been driving there since I was 18 months old and my sister was 4. So special to see that you and your family are driving down, I hope everything went well! :)
Were in Indiana and just drove to Panama City Beach for fall break. 7,4, and 11 month old. We bought a portable tv from Sams club that made it manageable, along with an etcha sketch and coloring books! And yes lots and lots of snacks!
Thank you for this video! We're taking our 6 y/o son to Disneyland for the first time in December and I feel so unprepared LOL I haven't gone to Disneyland since 2010, much less with a kid. If you don't have it already, dude I would love to see a 'First Time Tips' for going to Disney with kids. Also - Tyler's Tepid Takes is the most dad thing I've heard in a while LOL Love watching you guys!
Ok, between Jessica and all the comments about bologna/ham salad from other midwesterners make me want to try this! I am from the East Coast, so not so familiar with this. Please share your recipe!
Going to Disney world for the first time this week! I probably won’t run into since you probably will be home by the time I get there 😂but I always enjoy seeing your disney packing stuff.
Sitting here worrying that you might have been at Disney World when Hurricane Milton barreled through 😳 My daughter, son-in-law, 4 yr old and 2 yr old leave a week from today. I hope y'all had a wonderful road trip and days at Disney.
This was of course pre-filmed. We actually arrived in Disney, and then a few days later, the news broke that a hurricane was about to hit. It was terrible timing, but luckily, we were safe there. Because we were staying in a cabin, Disney evacuated the cabins and moved us to a safer hotel room. ❤
We make bologna salad!! Ours is ground up bologna and American cheese with homemade Amish sweet pickles and miracle whip. It’s absolutely delicious!!!! I’ll have to try your version.
Haven't had bologna in years but listening to you talk about bologna salad piqued my interest. Do you have a recipe you can link that is close to the one you follow? ❤
I love your vlogs. Been a subbie since almost the beginning and I love the direction you took your channel❤ Also, the baloney sandos were what my dad made and packed for us to eat in the parks😂 There were 5 of us, so like 20 of them is a cooler bag🙌🏼
Ok it was NOT totally waterproof like i thought it was. It did a pretty good job. It was super lightweight, but I think I would buy a different one if I hadn’t bought this one.
Thank you so much for the video. Lots of good recommendations. I was curious about how do you do potty breaks with the girls do you have a portable potty? I have a 12 hour trip coming up and a five year old boy. I’m not sure how I’m going to do it.
Tyler's such a girl. You didn't even give us the fashion show of your wardrobe in disney. But Tyler gets in there and tells us the whole show of when and where he got his shirts from put his hat on and gives us a show. So hilarious 😂
Can you suggest how to plan for food in Disney itself ? We can't bring food inside,is that right ? I'm traveling to Disney Paris,Hong Kong and Japan soon. Paris and HK been twice but never been to Japan.
She didn’t say at all in this video why they chose driving over flights however I found it in the comments because someone else asked. It was due to expense of flying since it was fall break. YW
@@itsjessicabraun Ah, yes! Sometimes I actually like driving somewhere. We’re taking our daughter to Disney in May. You sharing what you bring for your girls is super helpful. I am going to steal some of these ideas!

Here from Kim at ‘The Wads’ but this is perfect timing as we’re planning a Disneyland vacation!
If you don't mind the taste you should try matcha, it has caffeine but it releases it over a longer period of time, so you don't have a crash!

I LOVE those beige with gold beaded mickey ears!
Omg 29:51 is me and my husband! 😂 😂 he's like "You worry bout YOURself" (from the 2020 tiktok days)
I got Thrive through you and LOVE it for snacks and my protein shakes. Will try Kin for a post-work treat!

40 mins?! Yasss! Exactly what I needed today 😂❤

Did I miss the part of the video where you said why you are driving instead of flying this time?
I know they mentioned it in a previous video and she mentions it a few minutes into this video (also in the kitchen at about the 7 minute mark).
It was when she was on the back porch waiting on Pinocchio!
She didn’t say at all in this video why they chose driving over flights however I found it in the comments because someone else asked. It was due to expense of flying since it was fall break. YW
My son absolutely loves those BBQ chips!
I can’t remember which Kin flavor I bought, but it tasted like throat spray. 😅 I bought a different flavor and hope it’s better!
Get that man’s shoes in a bag😭
Caffeine never gives me energy but I'm adhd
Anyone else like “please pack extra as y’all are going to have to ride out a hurricane on this trip”?
💕💕💕
Is Tyler gonna upload on his channel again?! I miss the vlogs over there as well!
I don't think the Mickey piano shirt is a women's shirt. At the very least it's bisexual. Is it made by Miss sterious?
Love a good “Office” reference. 😂
