Been reading such bad reviews/stories about ArtSabers. Such as the lightsaber no longer working after a few weeks or not charging. Do you recommend ArtSabers?
Looking to buy a dark saber trying to get a good deal on one is neo pixel a good place to buy a dark saber?
Bought the proffie one from CCSabers with pretty good discount price.
Absolutely love the overall shape. Especially the accurate blade. Except the blade could have done better with diffusion/sanding because it's way too bright. That LED strip exposure may kill the excitement for some of the fans.
Not sure about the others, but my emitter LEDs are not fully bright or just a 4th one is being little dim.
I found one at a flea market this weekend complete in case. I try putting the blade in but it only goes halfway. Am I suppose to remove the screw on the inside at the top b4 putting blade in. Thanks

IT'S A NICE HILT BUT THE DARKSABER IS SUPPOSED TO BE ALL BLACK NOT BLACK AND GREY
most of the custom made ones go off actual photos of the real props from exhibits etc. What you see on screen from the TV series is edited with color corrections and what you would say filters to get a distinct look which may look more black. Or if you are going off the TV animated series then yes Black.
In the show yes. But the prop they shown in the Mando experience 2022 have black/gray hilt.

If I was buying today, yea I would go this route. Just make sure you get a proffie or a Xenopixel so that you getting the same thing you would get from Korbanth.

As I was looking to my a Darksaber but I didn't know where.... I love the Artsabers version alot! Which saber do u think is more accurate wuth the series and which blade, as I am still undecided
It really depends on the shot. Some say that the Darksaber is supposed to be completely black. But it some closeups it looks more like this one. I would probably say the Korbanth is the closer to TV accurate, but this one is very very close

How did you change it's color?
I have to hold the power button while its off to change sound profiles. Different sabers have different functions though. What board is installed on yours?

I do because it has all of the same features as the Korbanth, but for less money. And it weighs less as well.

If your intent is to customize the effects and sound fonts, then yes. But if you are ok with the effects that come with it from Artsabers, there is no difference

I prefer the shorter blade. Less wobble
whats the difference between xenopixel and sn pixel?
Its the board. SN Pixel is an economy Neopixel. Usually you get a set of soundfonts and blade colors that are preset for you to choose from. With the Xenopixel, you can modify both sound and lightup effects to your liking. So there is a little more customization with that one.
