    How you meal plan would be quite interesting video. Proper planning deffo helps one keep on track. Do you plan for the whole week, or follow a 80 20 rule?

      Thanks for the idea! I don’t track my macros, I just eat intuitively! I plan what my main meals will look like and grocery shop based off that but day to day I eat what I feel like.

    Such a great video thank you so much for sharing! You have inspired me to buy a ninja creami and use Pescience Protein Powders in my recipes. I enjoy a creami every single night guilt free! I’ve struggled in the past with eating certain foods. I always love and appreciate your videos as you have such a beautiful balanced lifestyle. Something I am working towards. 😊❤

    Yeah same…I enjoy my own matcha lattes more than any I buy while out

      @@EricaNangle My go-to is a simple matcha latte with a little hot water, 1/2 tsp matcha, a scoop of collagen, cinnamon and/or pumpkin pie spice mixed with a frother, add ice here if you want it cold, then add your milk. My milk is sweet enough for me so I don’t add any other sweeteners.
      I also like making a pumpkin spice matcha latte that uses pumpkin puree and maple syrup, as well as a vanilla matcha protein shake which is really good 💚
      I personally use sencha naturals organic everyday matcha, which I get from Costco. It’s the first brand of matcha powder I bought but I’ve been using it ever since.

    I love your videos. Your in Vegas wasnt sure if you just moved to Vegss since you are in celsius for temp.

    Do you do two a day workouts? Do you follow a nutrition or meal plan and count calories? Does runna app include hybrid athlete programs?

      I do two a days some days depending on my schedule! I don't follow a nutrition plan, I just eat intuitively and try to ensure I get enough protein & calories! I tracked for years so I have a pretty good understanding of what my body needs. And yes, Runna does provide strength workouts along with the running workouts!

    I've seen some companies promote protein coffee...have you used this before?

      I’ve tried the PEScience protein that is coffee flavoured with caffeine in it and it’s great!
