End of Summer overlanding trip 2023 P3 Idaho Backcountry Lake!

What we thought was going to be a short day of wheeling turned into a long day on a very tight and steep trail. With all the dead fall sticking into the trail, it would be a challenging day of wheeling, but the payoff at the end would be so worth it. Once we set up camp, we got the kayak into the water. There is nothing better than having a whole lake to ourselves actually the whole mountain.

Lake is beautiful but unfortunately the scenery to get to it wasn’t due to obviously fires

I have tried and tried to figure out what lake, so I can go with wife. But I just keep coming up with washington lake, but map shows hike only

You need to search more north up off the 21.
