I saw them this summer (2023) with my 11 year old daughter in our town in Sweden. It was only 200-300 people in the audience, and my daughter stood on a bench and all band members locked eye contact at interacted with her through out the show. They played awesome and had great crowd contact.
You don't even have to qualify that statement by saying female. There are quite a few male vocalists even in rock whose voices don't hit as hard as Lzzy's does.
Lzzy Hale can really belt it out. This is the song that the band Lovebites named their band after. Here is a video where Asami of Lovebites joins Lzzy and the band Halestorm on stage to sing this song (ruclips.net/video/OCRaHKul8xY/видео.html)
they opened for evanescence in 2022 when i saw them and i knew of halestorm but didn’t really listen to them; maybe 30 seconds into their set i looked at my sister and just said “holy shit where have we been”. it’s just constant power for the entire set, walking around the stage in no less than 5 inch platforms making everything look like a walk in the park LMAO
I've seen Halestorm 5 times now and hearing Lzzy scream in person is one of the most stimulating experiences I've ever felt instant goosebumps everytime, shes up there with Sharon Den Adel for best live voices I've ever heard
I agree, Lzzy is a powerhouse.🤘🤘This was the 1st single from the 2nd album, The Strange Case of... from 2012. It is also the song that won them a Grammy. And the song the Japanese band LOVEBITES is named after. Asami from LOVEBITES joined Halestorm at Download 2019 to perform this song. Around 2010 would be the 1st self titled album(2009) you listened to, which included Familiar Taste of Poison, It's Not You, and I Get Off.
Looking forward to this. If you like it (you will) I suggest for more Halestorm/Lzzy Hale "I Am The Fire" "Break In ft. Amy Lee" "Shatter Me w/Lindsey Sterling" I could go on for ever with this list. I'm always down for more HALESTORM THE WARNING THE PRETTY RECKLESS
Yes! One of my favorite videos ever! I LOVE seeing reactions to it. Lzzy is just a force of nature, and it's a delight to watch you exploring all these different bands and styles of music. I'd love to see your reaction to Montgomery Gentry's 'Lonely and Gone' at some point!
You are hands down my favorite new reactor. Your reactions have been a breath of fresh air and your personality just puts a smile on my face every time.
When I read in these times reaction video LoveBites I usually come to hear the fantastic Japanese women heavy metal band LOEVEBITES. Now it's the song LOVE BITES by Halestorm with Lizzy Hale. No theme, this is also great, good reaction video. I did not know the acoustic version until now ... Lizzy is always great. Thanks.🤘👍
Love me some good Halestorm. Discovered them at a festival a few days ago and Lzzy's energy just took me from the first song. Instantly bought tickets for their Back from the Dead tour in November.
Yeah, bands are like family... and in this case, the drummer is Lzzy's younger brother. I think I started listening to Halestorm around 2016, when they released 'Into The Wild Life', and the local rock station actually played 'I Am The Fire' and 'Amen'.. surprising, since to this day, they rarely play any music less than 30 years old. Their 2022 album is called 'Back from the Dead', and is kinda about how bands were starting to tour again after COVID.
Lzzy is fantastic! Have you heard her cover of Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance? Oh snap!! Another great Lady of Rock/Metal is Maria Brink with In This Moment. A good and tame introduction to her would be the song “Mother”. Much love and enjoyed the reaction as always! 🤙🏼
You have to listen to Lzzy Hale and The Hu. The songs name is "Song of Women" and Lzzy and The Hu are a perfect match. I will guarantee that you get goose bumps when you hear this song.
They have a couple of acoustic EPs out now. Should check them out. One is called Reimagined and the other is called Vicious (stripped). Both are great.
Halestorm do lots of acoustic songs, I can recommend "Terrible Things" either just by them or featuring Ashley McBryde, both great versions, also "New Modern Love" is a good acoustic track.
Rachel great job with your reaction and thoughts on the live acoustic version of Love Bites (So Do l ) . from Halestorm. By the way the drummer is lzzy Hale brother if you didn't know that Rachel.
Lzzy is a brilliant musician, vocalist, and all around great person. Recommend their latest with Ashley McBride "Terrible Things", beautiful song. "Wicked Ways", live in Colorado Springs shows her power in a live setting from last year. The Hu with Lzzy doing "Song of Women" is a must
You should have played the electric version, same setting, it is volcanic! Lzzy is great in any setting, but what sets her apart is she is so powerful, especially when riffing on a Gibson Guitar, that does it for me. Try the electric version when you can, this was really good but their ID in many minds is volume on 10 with someone who knows how to use it. Enjoy! 🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶
Lzzy is actually one of the few artists that I have a "Greatest Hits" playlist of... (There are a couple of nice acoustics in there too...if I had to pick one, it'd be the first 3) Halestorm "Girl Crush" Little Big Town Cover Live @ SiriusXM // Octane ruclips.net/video/p0HQ913L5I4/видео.html Mark Morton & Lzzy Hale - She Talks To Angels (Live Acoustic) ruclips.net/video/T855_CiTLa4/видео.html Halestorm - Break In (feat. Lzzy is one of the most powerful female vocalists active right now.
I'd say of all time.
Floor Jansen

Alissa White-gluz and Elli Berlin - "hold my bear". But I love Lzzy too.
Lzzy Hale can really belt it out. This is the song that the band Lovebites named their band after. Here is a video where Asami of Lovebites joins Lzzy and the band Halestorm on stage to sing this song (ruclips.net/video/OCRaHKul8xY/видео.html)
Lzzys scream is so glorious.
Hearing it live as well is an experience itself 🤘
The full on version is outstanding. Well worth a listen.

Seen them live several times. She really can belt it out. Great stage presence
I've seen Halestorm 5 times now and hearing Lzzy scream in person is one of the most stimulating experiences I've ever felt instant goosebumps everytime, shes up there with Sharon Den Adel for best live voices I've ever heard
She presented a guitar to Dany from The Warning on stage when they were touring together ..Lzzy is a Class Act!🤘🏻

Their cover of slave to the grind is insane
Seen them live twice, awesome! I Am The Fire is fire! 🔥
Looking forward to this. If you like it (you will) I suggest for more Halestorm/Lzzy Hale "I Am The Fire" "Break In ft. Amy Lee" "Shatter Me w/Lindsey Sterling"
I could go on for ever with this list.
I'm always down for more
HALESTORM
THE WARNING
THE PRETTY RECKLESS
Break in ft amy lee is perfection.
The pretty reckless hit me like a man acoustic live is golden too
@@sinongaba I'm all about some The Pretty Reckless! I suggest them all the time along with The Warning.
@@LostHate right? I always anticipate Taylor's growl and still be in awe over and over again 😂
Hell yes Lzzy. Such a vocalist
You check out the band "LOVEBITES" all girl Japanese METAL BAND 🤘🐵🤘

The plugged version is even better
Freak like me también es lo máximo
Nice reaction, you need to do the electric version for comparison. More aggressive and raw power , also in the live room
Lzzy Hale is just so freaking talented
'The band is like a family.' Well in this case one of her family members is in the band. The drummer is her brother.
Saw them live this year when they warmed up for alter bridge.. They are in fucking sane
When I read in these times reaction video LoveBites I usually come to hear the fantastic Japanese women heavy metal band LOEVEBITES. Now it's the song LOVE BITES by Halestorm with Lizzy Hale. Love to see more Halestorm reactions. I am the Fire and Back From the Dead would be great.
Saw them live last year such a great group and they are all lovely people :)
Lzzy is a badass. One of my favorite women in rock. And she is so powerful live.

I am new in your RUclips Chanel your reacctions are nice greetings from mexico
The live version of Bet You Wish You Had Me Back is amazing! From this same set.
They have a couple of acoustic EPs out now. Should check them out. One is called Reimagined and the other is called Vicious (stripped). Both are great.

You really need to react to Halestorm, Break In...featuring Amy Lee. Lzzy and Amy blend together so good. No egos, just beautiful harmonies.
Lzzy is a brilliant musician, vocalist, and all around great person. Recommend their latest with Ashley McBride "Terrible Things", beautiful song. "Wicked Ways", live in Colorado Springs shows her power in a live setting from last year. The Hu with Lzzy doing "Song of Women" is a must
Love bites, and so do I. 😁
This song is sensational !!! Lzzy sings a lot !!!
if you like this i would recommend checking out the duet she did with amy lee, "Break In" its gorgeous
If you like Lizzy and Amy Lee, you should hear their duet of "Break in"
You really should check out her live performance with Eric Church at the CMAs. She really shines.
One of my faves from lzzy softer side is" rose in December". It's just her and a piano. It's beautiful.
Song of Women by The Hu featuring Lzzy is epic. As is Shatter Me by Lindsey Stirling and Lzzy.

I Am The Fire album version is incredible

She is a badass love her voice too like the heavy version better but still cool keep rocking need more
Hey! You may want to listen The cover that Pearl Jam did, the song is Reign over me - The Who
I just wonder, were Miho and Haruna the big fans of this song, or who has chosen it as their bandname ? 🤔
❤❤❤
Love her. Check out her I miss the misery acoustic
I prefer their amped version in the same studio. More feeling, and guitar work.
thnx,I did not know about acoustic version this song. But do you know about same Song by Def Leppard?
Listen to the non-acoustic version to this song , please!
Acoustic version is OK. Original full electric version is frickin awesome.
Halestorms from my high school. Who else is a sucker for chics with glasses??
I Am The Fire is Lizzy's power song
You need to do Izzy hale ft Amy Lee break in. It's a whole different level
