i forgot to mention, make sure ur power plan is also set "High performance" and also i would like to recommend Process lasso it also an 3rd party software and about lossless scaling it an paid software which cost mostly 6$ but it has diff price according to ur region , and i suggest to buy it as it really worth it for this price range.

Do you need to manually open this program everytime you open a game? Like when you set it on a specific game then exit and play it again the next day. You also need to open the program before opening said game

Yes u have to run this program "lossless scaling"' everytime u going to play the game , and it not really matter u can still open this thing while ur game is still running , what imp is that ur game should be in Window or Boarder screen mode and that all ;)

and make sure ur GPU usage is not spiking all the way to 99-100% usage or ur gpu gonna get heatup alott , i suggest to lock your fps to 45 only incase if ur gpu is going 100-99% usage more then 5-2min

@@KinokHihi it hardly 1 or 0.8sec delay, and i mean it better then having stuttering gameplay rather then delay, in lossless scaling u can reduce delay by enabling allowed tearing and using X2 mode with LSFG 1.1
