- The "European" line of DDs has, let's be honest, been just been a liiiiiiiittle dominated by the Swedish. But that's about to change, with a new branch, starting at T5, that brings Polish, Greek, Norwegian and Yugoslavian ships.
Featuring the "Grom", the sister ship of ORP Błyskawica, and lead ship of her class at T7.
Been waiting for this!! The Halland line was probably the most fun of any Ive done!!!
I'm missing the AA. Had a Haku coming after me while testing, thought, ha, I'm in a EU DD, no biggie, until I realised I have no defAA, which was about 2s before he blew me out of the water
The epic commander "Son of the Land" fits this line. He has the additional radar and mistweaver+
oh, I either missed that or I don't have him in press. Will have to ask WG to send me one, thanks
He came out in the blitz pass with the Black Skane whenever that was.
this is just absolutely perfect for me! always missed smokes in eu dds, I have invested till the vasteras in the tech tree so i should be able to unlock this line as soon as it drops out, anyways thanks for the review terry!👍 good gameplay GG

@@FunandGameswithTerry Friesland habe ich ganz ganz am Anfang mal in nem Bundle gekauft, gleich zum Release.
Man glaube das kaum, aber zum ersten Release kam die in nem kaufbaren Bundle raus
Here’s a question. Why are there only 24 days of daily login on the Asian server this month? Has Blitz changed the calendar so that February only has 24 days?
Was wondering about that too. It's the same on the EU server.

They should really give Sweden their own branch in the game the Swedes deserve it. They easily have enough destroyers to make a full tech line from the first contemporary Swedish destroyer Wrangel at tier 2 to the Halland at tier 10 which would all be real ships except for the skane at tier 7. As for Swedish cruisers those would be harder to implement but an exclusive Swedish branch and dd line definitely needs to come in the future. As for the European line they could just take what they have now starting at tier 2 with the the Austrian dd tarta then add two other European ships at tiers 3 and 4 to have full line of miscellaneous destroyers from nations that can’t really have their own exclusive tech lines. Just my opinion but thats definitely what should happen. Also for gods sake give the European dds their own nations flags! It’s honestly an insult to the players form those nations to just slap the Austrian imperial flag on all the ships and it just screams laziness form wargaming tbh!

If I'm not mistaken, that's the flag of Austria-Hungary. At least it's the same as on the Tatra.

Hum.. looks different... Middle range he dd. Am surprised about those full pens against cruiser and even battle ships. Aiming for weak spots gonna be important to optimize damage..

There's an interesting question that I'm not sure of. I've seen theories that it's easier to start fires on deck or superstructure than hitting belt or side, but with the huge variance on rng, it's going to be nigh impossible to test that.
Love the halland line, anyone got an aproximation to when these are coming to the game?
