You cannot do anything because on Official rom available is Poco F5 rom. Flash custom xiaomi.eu that you will have Redmi Miui because it based from Redmi Note 12 Turbo.

Hello. If after adding the global rom, I lock the boot loader again, will it wipe the global rom and set it back to the China one? I have a Redmi Note 12, bought in China, but using in another country. I want to put the Global rom on it.
You can ONLY lock bootloader on it's original rom, meanings China set can only lock bootloader with China rom, Global version can only lock bootloader with Global rom. If you lock bootloader other that its original rom, phone will stuck at recovery mode(will not boot until you unlock back the bootloader)

@@TwnAtlantean during 7days waiting, you can use the phone as usual but don't reset(format) the phone or logout mi account that was associate with the phone or else the counter will be reset and you will have to do all over again.

You can only use Android auto if Google is part of the system, on China rom Google only basic not part of the system....that is why you cannot use android auto, if you flash Global rom i think it will not be a problem for android auto.....i didn't tried because i don't have car with android auto....so i'm not sure

I got question, is that necessary we flash the rom from china to global version? I mean using phone in malaysia, even chinese version we still able install google play service. Is that any difference after flash to global version?
Its depends on the user it self, your knowledge how to use China rom is different from other persons. China rom is design to use on China, so using outside China will be some hicupp. Notification delay, no Malay language, china language notification.....to name a few......some of them know how to counter this problem but alot of them don't know. Even if reset the phone that using China rom Google Playstore gone also alot of them don't know how to install. So is it necessary?, You tell me now.

It's the same process, just download china rom and flash. You can google how to lock bootloader using command. Mi Flash tools is a flash tools to flash Official rom, either Global or China rom.

I does not advice you tu lock bootloader while flash the rom Because incase the flash not successfull bootloader will automatically lock. You will need unlock back the bootloader before flash again. It is safe to flash 'Clean all' after success lock back the bootloader manually using command. Got me or not? Or you want me to draw it for you?

China set Xiaomi memang tak dpt 5G di Malaysia boss, tukar rom apa pun 5G tak akan naik sebab dlm phone tu kurang band 5G yg telco Malaysia guna, NFC boleh guna mcm biasa tapi setengah NFC yg perlu kan Device certified contoh topup TNG mmg tak boleh pakai lah sebab bila kita tukar Global rom, kita kena unlock bootloader(UBL).....bila phone dah UBL google playstore akan NOT certified.....jadi tak boleh lah nak topup TNG pakai NFC

it's up to you, most people does not like china rom because of no global language. People send their phone to me to flash global rom. language is the main reason. It's your phone, do what ever suits you.

Yes, if you sell the phone and lock back the bootloader on its original China rom.....new owner can unlock the bootloader using their own mi account.

It will not boot up.....soft brick......solution unlock the bootloader back, if you cannot unlock the bootloader back, then it consider hard brick.......as i said you can ONLY lock the bootloader on it's original rom, why you want to trouble yourself doing it......i've encountered a dozen of time when i forgot to tick clean all

If using chinese rom or facebook messenger whats app message and call notification is not available after entering the app then all message call comes together what is the solution?
That is why i make this tutorial. Chinese rom is to be use in China only, using outside china for sure they will be some problem if apps not compatible with china rom. Whatsap or facebook are banned in china and both apps is not compatible with china rom....that is why you encountered that such problem. Try allow all permission or just Flash Global rom or custom rom Xiaomi.eu.

For sure it will work, in that video is 16/1TB.....yours just only 12/512....look/watch that video closely....it doesn't matter what storage of that device, as long its the same code.....surely it will works.

Its depends on you, if you thinks unlock bootloader may caused security issues don't unlock it and buy official Global versions. I've been unlock the bootloader for the passed 7years, not a single security threat i'm encountered.

You will lose safetynet after unlock the bootloader, so safetynet failed is not because of GLOBAL ROM but bootloader unlocked.

Use common sense bro, if you flash rom and then claim warranty with other rom that it's original rom out of the box. For sure warranty will void. Want to claim warranty flash back its original rom and lock the bootloader back, the is no reasons Service Centre will reject if that device flashed back to its original rom. @@joaquin2854 Is it in about phone said Global?, If it's part of Global rom i don't think it will brick because based from my experience i've lock bootloader when i flashed Global(MI) to EU(EEA) and nothings happened. No bricked.

@@HowleyZhao owh i see, you flash Poco Global EEA rom. Poco comes with apps drawer, no option to turn it off on all official Poco rom.

No Global version for Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro. So if there is no Global version for that device, Global rom not exist.

Sim lock is for Oppo, Oneplus and Realme only......i've been using Xiaomi China set for the passed 6 years now, not even single sim lock or heard about sim lock for all Xiaomi devices

For Official rom only China Redmi Note 12 Turbo and Global Poco F5(they just rename from Redmi Note 12 Turbo)......no other rom other than that two rom OR you want to use Custom rom Xiaomi.eu yes that rom is available

boleh ke kita lock semula bootloader lepas siap flash..
Lock bootloader HANYA pada rom asal SAHAJA.....China set rom asal China rom, Global set rom asal Global rom. Anda lock bootloader selain dari rom asal, phone akan brick....tak boleh hidup, buat sendal pintu selagi anda tak unlock balik bootloader tu. Nak merasa berpeluh dahi, sila lah lock balik....🫣

@@TheFaizala70 poco f5 different redmi note 12 turbo by modem signal 4g/5g. So mod rom EU, rom global... for redmi note 12 turbo oops signal 4g/5g . Expect rom China i know is good signal.... but i love version global

Actually there is. That signal problem with global rom for note12 turbo happens everywhere ... I live in Burma where most of note12 turbo users are now facing signal problem after switching to global rom and most phone shops don't recommend changing it to global in a rush...
@@thetlwin7886 it's depend on the country, i've already flash thousands of China set and for this device already flashed 10devices.....no problem or complaint so far using in Malaysia.

You CANNOT lock bootloader other than it's original rom. You phone will bricked.
