Hey Ulysses, thanks for video. I've seen other people try to do a similar composition play in videos but you seemed to get your reasoning across much more clearly. Liked the format.
Just found your channel as I was doing research on lenses, and I found this video to be very interesting. It's very cool to kind of be a fly on the wall and hear your thought process!
Hey man! Love the format of these videos. I know it’s a lot of work but you have a great way of breaking down your thought process. It’s inspiring to see how you work. I think this would be a great series to continue to do.
3:00 that perfect baroque diagonal and reciprocal lines is insane. The strip lighting runs a perfect baroque, and then the triangular wall is the lower reciprocal. Crazy dynamic symmetry at this scene. I wonder if you arrive at a different time would the centre shadow run the upper reciprocal for the sinister diagonal? Super interesting geometry you've found here, man. 😎
Yes, I was wondering the same. How long do you usually spend working one scene, a complex like this one for example (less the RUclipsing time)? Thanks, great video as always!
Really great video of using color, light, and simplification to make an interesting composition. Thanks for the video Ulysses!
Dude your photos are amazing I’m absolutely loving it
Incredibly well done video, man! Everything from the pace to de editing to the things you said. Thanks for sharing it!
Love the scene-technique format Ulysses.
I just saw your video about the 28mm and now this. Pretty good and educational vid👍🏻
Great video Ulysses!

Very informative video, i liked it very much. If you can make a series of "how to work a scene" , that would be perfect.
thanks, a very interesting video, I always like watching someone's process in taking photos
Thank you Ulysses

Thank you for this video! Very informative and it helps me with outlining my creative process!!!

very useful
Great insight!
Lovely video mate. How long do you generally spend working a scene? Also how do you go about choosing the camera to use for a particular scene?
