Yesss! ❤ This was just what you were waiting for!!!! We love how the face and armor looks! Dam, awesome, we stand and applaud you, thank you so much for being a part of the Wicked family!!!! You have an awesome talent Anthony!
Great work! I used Citadel Grey Knights Steel (base} for the armour and it has just enough blue tint to make it almost movie accurate. Also I've seen a lot of pics online where people painted him with a steel nappy! Glad you stuck with the true design colours. You rock buddy!!!
Great model. I signed up to Wicked after watching your Alien build as I had to have it. I've been downloading loads of Wicked's 3d models since, including this one and the whole diorama with ED209. Just need to get myself a resin printer now, as I don't think my Ender 3s would do them any justice. Still can't decide on which one to get as of yet, as I will be on a budget. Any recommendations?
Mostly looks good. You should use some photo references for painting this, though. RoboCop isn't straight silver; there are other colors that should be blended in as well, such as blues and purples, and even green. Also, the gloves/abdomen aren't going to have the kind of damage that dry brushing effects will show - same for the gun.
In the first he was far more grey than he was blue and purple. In 2 he had a lot of blue and purple though. Not saying dont add those colours to him as they should be there but its not that bad. Oh also in the first film he is basically never in the same suit. Look at the first shots to the very last ones, at the first they have him far more silver/grey but at the end he has that purple on him. Its pretty damn hard to do a perfect job or even accurate job as the source isn't even accurate either.
@@lilpain1997 The suit in all 3 movies and the series is multicolored (R2 had more of a blue tint, but was repainted for R3). Still, the suit does have more than one color; it's not just straight silver. Also, as mentioned, the torso isn't going to have the weathered/chipped damage like that since it's different material.
@@superquad7 go watch the first film and second one. It's completely different, it's not straight silver but it's also very hard to do a 1to1 as there's no real one suit. The first literally used multiple that have varying degrees of blue/purple
@@lilpain1997 The suits from R1 and R2 are completely different. However all 3 suits have multiple colors. I've watched these movies more than most people and seen many photos of all suits. NONE are just silver.
