I think for me it’s that you have to be VERY careful about the things you post and how you deal with the fandoms as they tend to be quite sensitive and protective of their idols!

Cuz, as far as i have heard, the staffs are often obliged to work cautiously in the shadow of their company's idols...idk, i might be wrong.
