Glue Test - Loctite PL 3x Premium for Boat Building - Not Sponsored Review

- This is a glue test of the Loctite PL 3x Premium adhesive. I've been using this to glue the frames together of my 32' Chesapeake Bay Deadrise boat-build. I've been told by many other builders that this is a good glue so I'm testing it for myself. See the results inside.
This is not a sponsored video. I bought the glue myself at Walmart. I'm just showing you what I found out.
No animals were harmed nor permanent body damage from gluing during this video :-)

Very impressive Rene. I think that I will be using this to join all my frames and ply on all future ply on Frame boat builds from here on.
Hi Therold, it makes it so much easier to use that mixing epoxy every ten minutes :-)
You will not go wrong with that product. It will serve you well on your deadrise build.
Thanks Joseph. I'm pretty impressed so far with the product.
I used a lot of this building my 16'6" Glen-L Ski Tow. With proper clamping this $hit is monster. Also used a lot of RAKA epoxy. The only glue joints that failed were Gorilla PU glue. Real crap!
Pl premiums good shit.. n yes def stronger than wood!! IMO of course!😊
It sure is! :-)
Great job, love this vid
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you!
You're welcome!
This is good stuff but I’m looking for a adhesive that’s strong like PL3x but doesn’t expand.
❤
Is this good to use near moist areas?
I'm using it on a boat so I hope so. :-) Some of their products say not to use in marine conditions but this one is fine.
They say u can use it damp. Under freezing, over 85°. Pretty much great!
Yo lo usado y no me arrepiento..se convierte en piedra plástica
Yes, it really works great. Thanks :-)
