    Great video Shashank and Sushanth. Keeping us updated with the insurance market. We need supreme vs ultimate comparison video. Also in pricing if you could add cost for 2 senior citizens it would be great. It got missed in this video.

    Yes, Shashank and Sushant its very helpful video to understand the major difference between both the plans. Waiting for the comparisons between supreme and ultimate.

    Hi Ditto team, you have mentioned that the given special link to schedule a call is different & customers will be prioritized in last couple of videos. So I have been comparing it with normal link in different browsers but I don't see any difference in terms of available slots. Both are identical.

    • @dittoinsurance
      @dittoinsurance  22 часа назад

      Hey! Thanks for pointing that out. You're absolutely right that the available slots might look similar at first glance, but there's more happening behind the scenes.
      When you book through the special link, we track it using specific URL parameters that allow us to identify you as a priority lead. This helps us internally assign your query to our top advisors, ensuring a more personalized experience based on your needs. Our system integrates these parameters with our backend CRM, which helps us streamline the consultation process and offer better insights into your insurance preferences.
      While the booking interface might look the same, the way we handle and prioritize requests on our end makes all the difference. Hope this clarifies things!

    Does ultimate care plan has disease wise sub limits?

    This plan covers only 90days post hospitalisation expense. This is one the major drawbacks.

    @Vivekagrawal5800 16 часов назад

    90 days post hospitalization is a massive drawback, especially for older people. In disease like stroke etc., the post hospitalization cost last for even more than 6 months and often exceed the actual hospitalization cost (adding up therapies, multiple MRIs etc.)

      Hi there,
      We made a dedicated video on ICR where we've exactly explained what ICR means since it's one of most commonly misunderstood metrics. Check it out here - ruclips.net/video/l835xhQg6Tc/видео.htmlsi=runvVei2R2HDBnfS

      @@dittoinsurance Yeah I saw that video, and I'd say - its almost useless. Not 100% useless, because hey, you're atleast telling its definition correctly, even though the ICR calculation formula shown in that video is wrong. The big dude speaks it correctly, but its shown reverse on the screen. Anyway, this dude also isn't 100% wrong, except that ICR won't mean probability of payment or not, but rather the amount from the claim. As a registered broker, please raise this concern with IRDAI that why have they stopped giving critical metrics like CSR, ASR, rejection ratio etc in their annual reports?

  • @frankodas1984

    Still I think care supreme offers slightly better features than ultimate care.

    I am using care supreme....this plan is of no use to us as we cant port to this new plan...even though we are care customers....this is not right is what i feel as they should have allowed us to port

  • @joereadsx1
    @joereadsx1 12 часов назад

    lol what's the point of all these features and drama when their claim settlement ratio is among the lowest in industry, amount settlement ratio also among the lowest ones only. For most claims I've heard about, they invoke 'reasonable and customary clause' and pay less. Though this CSR & ASR data is 2 years old as since last 2 years IRDAI is not giving detailed data in their annual reports, still, the ICR too is less than 50%. Be is Ditto or anyone, slowly they all come to one thing - commissions. Genuine ones won't even cover this crappy Care insurance.
