- This past week, I had the honor and privilege of interviewing Justin Peters. Justin began the interview by talking about his work and ministry. He also provided a summary of his personal testimony. Then Justin described the Word of Faith movement, explained its major tenets and characteristics and who some of its leading teachers and proponents are. He provided guidance for believers on how to correctly respond to faulty Faith argumentation and what to do to help friends and family members who are still trapped in the movement. Justin likewise provided a description and critique of the rising social j*stice movement within Big Eva. He concluded the interview by naming some solid Bible teachers and pastors who Christians can trust. I hope you enjoy this interview with Justin. He is one of the most solid Bible teachers in the church today and I hope that his keen insights and his vast array of biblical knowledge can provide you with help, strength and encouragement.

@@PoliteLeader He is so right on this, and I'm sitting here listening to this I can say almost word for word the view if word of faith. I guess I've haven't been out long enough because when he mentions the he asked, is it God's will to be healed. I was saying yes, sin made us sick not God. Although I k ow I'm wrong. Also, I'm kinda afraid to pray now because I was taught the WOF way. Claiming, calling forth, everything in the name of Jesus. " rebuke that depression in the name of Jesus" type thing. Hearing it now I'm like dude, how can we use Jesus like that?
Is there a W OF recovery group?
Ask Justin for me, how to pray. Or, do a video on it. I was taught to pray in tounges, but it always felt demonic. I'm afraid to say in the name of Jesus now.

Well first Justin is not bitter to God, and he does believe God can heal, IF it's his plan for your life. He just doesn't think it's guaranteed or that you can demand it.
Second, there nothing wrong with uplifting men of God that God himself put in my path to call me back to him.
I don't bow to them, pray. to them. I do not worship Justin. I do respect these names that mentioned, especially Justin because he pushed past his illness and disappointment without hate and bitterness. He loves God, and he loves us enough to be honest and teach us to worship God for who he is NOT for what he can do for us.
Next...I did say,, " Most of all,, I humbly thank God for pulling me back to him when I wanted to run."
God is the Trinity, and since Jesus is part of the Trinity, that included him as well.. I was walking away from him in bitterness because the God I was taught about was all about money and not having enough faith to be rich, healed ...perfect. I wasn't taught about the deepness of God's words in scripture.
God used Justin to soften my heart so that I was willing to hear about the truth of who God is and the fact that he choose me...with all my flaws. The fact that I was seriously abused since age 4, or the fact I've been fighting a deadly eating disorder since age 5 to deal with that. God chose me regardless of the fact that I have a weird and rare genetic illness that caused me to recently have brain surgery for an Brain aneurysm. He healed me by bringing me through the surgery. However, he chose to heal me out of His kindness and mercy. If he hadn't. It would not have been because of my sin, or my lack of faith or because I didn't sow enough faith seed to me healed. That's what I was taught in the WOF movement.
R.C taught me God chose to bring him to him because he is full of loving kindness and grace.
Justin taught me God is God and is a good God even when he does not heal me. WOF taught me to feel shame and sinful, like I wasn't good enough for God to heal me when he healed the person next to me. Justin and Alan have taught me that when God does heal, or does give wealth, if he doesn't, it not because I sinned.
As far as Alan being my idol....no way. I have challenged him and his teachings for over a year now. Probably asked him 1000 questions trying to understand the meaning of scripture and he has been firm, but gentle in his answers. So yeah, I respect that.
All this to say, it's fine for you to disagree with me or with their teachings, but don't call Justin bitter because he wasn't healed here on earth. God knows my heart, and if I'm in idolatry I am sure he will Discipline me as he should. I'm totally open to that.

Thank you for your ministries... I was in word of faith for over 20 yrs and I started studying my bible several years ago and I was just so confused because I trusted and believed these false teachers.. I started listening to Justin Peters and others during COVID and finally left my church and found a true bible believing church. I wasted so much time listening to and believing false teachers and now I pray for family members and friends still in this movement 🙏🙏now I don’t feel guilty when I’m sick and I have godly sorrow for my sins.. I was like Justin where I was afraid that I might go to hell and now I know I’m eternally saved by Jesus Christ and I look forward to eternity🙏🙏

Glory to God that He gave us His word, His son, & provided us with so much. In all his kindness He has also given us wise teachers to help us learn to rightfully divide it!
This is excellent interview with Justin Peters, I love how humble he is with his disability, I too suffer a lot with my disability being a innocent gunshot victims, I could of been dead, but God allowed me to live for a reason, I struggle so much with my pain, but I know the Lord has me here for a reason, still I am here, he wants me to be a soldier for him, this is what got me closer to him. Hearing of these false preachers really upsets me, they live such exclusive lives in their homes, private jets, I am so home bound not living in a disable living condition, I just pray God will work it out for me. Thank you for this interview! I’ve been listening to you both for about a year. This is the first time I’ve heard Justin Peters testimony. I am the poster child for “regeneration precedes faith” since I was saved b4 I knew I was saved! I was saved outside of the Church and surrounded by non believers! I had to read the Bible in order to understand that I was born from above! Repentance is not a work, it is evidence of regeneration. Amen?

Brother Justin Peter's I have been listening to you for the last few months. I was in the word of movement since 1986. I have studying and learning through Jesus Christ as I listen to you and others that have helped to reinforce what you have taught . I too see the word of faith movement as the heresy it is . I am called judgemental when I speak about the false teachers and for not watching TBN anymore. I have not felt so close to God since I stopped listening and watching TBN and those who teach the false Gospel.

They point out others who are in error but they walk in error themselves and are confident. GOD absolutely heals today.
There is a mighty gulf between God healing and the so called gift of healing. God heals as He sees fit AND if it is in accordance with his will, in response to the prayers of righteous men and women
They both DO NOT deny that God heals and does miracles today.
Many foolishly believe that Justin Peters is a man of God and these people clearly prove how they possess very little scripture knowledge since God has never used anyone who has a disability as His messenger. Why? Because any person with a sickness or a disability is a sinner who is disobeying God and they have no idea what scripture is even relating.
Justin Peters is a wolf in sheep’s clothings and he is a deceived soul who is twisting verses of scripture to justify why he has cerebral palsy. His lost soul has no idea that sin, sickness and disabilities are all of the devil and they have nothing to do with God. He foolishly believes that his disability is a blessing from God and he is adding to the word of God in order to promote his lies. Sickness is not a blessing from God since it is a curse and all you need to do is read the blessings and curses from God in Deuteronomy 28.
“If you do not carefully observe all the words of this law that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and awesome name, THE Lord YOUR GOD, then the LORD will bring upon you and your descendants extraordinary plagues-great and prolonged plagues-and serious and prolonged sicknesses. Moreover He will bring back on you all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to you. Also every sickness and every plague, which is not written in this Book of the Law, will the LORD bring upon you until you are destroyed.”
Deuteronomy 28:58-61 NKJV
This wicked man has stated that you can only hear God by reading scripture and that you cannot actually hear the voice of God. He likes to claim that if you desire to have God speak to you audibly then read the Bible out loud.
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”
John 10:27 NKJV
This wicked man has stated that the miraculous gifts of the Spirit have ceased with the apostles.
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.”
John 14:12-14 NKJV
This wicked man has stated that he does not believe that Matthias was an apostle and that the other apostles “jumped the gun” as he so claims.
“And they prayed and said, “You, O Lord, who know the hearts of all, show which of these two You have chosen to take part in this ministry and apostleship from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.” And they cast their lots, and the lot fell on Matthias. And he was numbered with the eleven apostles.”
Acts 1:24-26 NKJV
This wicked man has stated that just because someone teaches something that is false does not make that person a false teacher. Oh really, then what does it make them then?
“These people are springs without water and mists driven by a storm. Blackest darkness is reserved for them. For they mouth empty, boastful words and, by appealing to the lustful desires of the flesh, they entice people who are just escaping from those who live in error. They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity-for “people are slaves to whatever has mastered them.”

There are over 2000 different bible versions that all have different translations, words and different meanings and a lot of these bible versions are leading many souls astray. If you watch Justin Peter’s visit to Charis Bible College video you will see him reference the NASB1995 version of Exodus 4:11-12 to justify his cerebral palsy since he is insinuating that God is the one who is giving people sickness and disabilities.
“The LORD said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes him mute or deaf, or seeing or blind? Is it not I, the LORD?”
Exodus 4:11 NASB1995
So if you read this version of the Bible, yes it does state that God makes human beings blind, deaf or mute. But know I want to give you another Bible version and show you how it reads:
“So the LORD said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Have not I, the LORD?
Exodus 4:11 NKJV
When you read this version it is not stating that God made them mute, deaf or blind but that God made the individual, whether they were someone who was deaf, mute or blind. God is not saying that He inflicted the disability on them. God loves you and He wants you to be healthy for He is the God who heals you. So why would a loving God who loves you and heals you desire to make you sick?
Now allow me to give you a couple of other scriptures that misguided souls often like to use just as Justin Peters just did in his Visit to Charis Bible College video. (1 Timothy 5:23 and Galatians 4:13.) Realize that most of these people are probably reading from a bible version that has translated the word infirmity into meaning a sickness. Look here:
“No longer drink water exclusively, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.”
1 Timothy 5:23 NASB1995
“No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for your stomach’s sake and your frequent infirmities.”
I Timothy 5:23 NKJV
“But you know that it was because of a bodily illness that I preached the gospel to you the first time;”
Galatians 4:13 NASB1995
“You know that because of physical infirmity I preached the gospel to you at the first.”
Galatians 4:13 NKJV
An infirmity means a physical weakness or ailment or a lack of strength but yet certain bible versions have translated this to mean a sickness. This is why the only truthful way for you to gain your knowledge of scripture is to learn it directly from Jesus Himself through testing the Spirits as commanded in 1 John 4. Sin and sickness is strictly of the devil and sickness reveals they we are disobeying God and living in sin. God made it very clear that He would remove sickness and disease from anyone who did not sin and who would obey what He commanded in scripture. This is why the devil can no longer put his afflictions on anyone who is truly born of God because they are now someone who can no longer sin since they are now being guided by God’s Holy Spirit.
“And said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”
Exodus 15:26 NKJV
“So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.”
Exodus 23:25-26 NKJV
“And the LORD will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay them on all those who hate you.”
Deuteronomy 7:15 NKJV
“We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.”
I John 5:18 NKJV
“HE WHO SINS IS OF THE DEVIL, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. WHOEVER HAS BEEN BORN OF GOD DOES NOT SIN, for His seed remains in him; AND HE CANNOT SIN, because he has been born of God.”
I John 3:8-9 NKJV
So scripture clearly relates that anyone who sins belongs to the devil and whoever is born of God does not sin and cannot sin. There are no scriptures that ever relate that a sinner belongs to God or that a sinner is a child of God! There are no scriptures that ever relate that a believer will always sin or that a believer can never stop sinning! There are no scriptures that ever relate that sickness would be a normal part of this life or that a Christian will possess sickness in their life! You can look all that you like but you certainly will not find any such scripture to back up those lies. God commanded us to live a Holy and righteous life and this can only be achieved by being someone who overcomes their sins.
Psalm 107:17. “Fools, because of their transgression, And because of their iniquities, were afflicted.”
Know what this means? First transgression, it means an act that goes against a rule, a law or a code of conduct. Next iniquity, it means a wicked act or thing, sin. Finally, affliction, it means something that causes persistent pain or suffering. Translated it is saying that you are a fool if you do not follow God’s laws and commands and you go and sin because you will then have pain, suffering and sickness.
Believers who are suffering with a sickness, a disease or a disability are not comprehending what scripture is relating and this is why have allowed sin and the devil to destroy their lives. They do not understand that Jesus provided us with a way to overcome sin and sickness in this lifetime by allowing the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ to sanctify our hearts in God’s word and truth.
So Justin Peters is nothing more then a minister for the devil who is leading people astray with his false and misguided interpretations of scripture and he is simply spreading lies in order to justify why his sinful soul still possesses cerebral palsy.
