The independent states that emerged from the former Soviet republics are the product of a secession, and therefore in most cases their new anthems aim to stage a break with the previous union just as their old anthems glorified that union. In some cases the breakup included lyrics and music, in others just the first. The latter is what happened with the Belarusian anthem, and with the other few former republics that maintain the melody with new lyrics.

The most long lasting soviet state anthem. Its remain until today, they just change the lyrics, and remove hammer & sickle on the emblem.😂
There are more anthems, which remain the same in melody, including the Russian one as well.
