How do you get the smaller crosshair on the Assault Shotgun. I thought it was via Crosshair Remap, selecting 'Rapid Fire' for the style, but it's still a really big spread between the dot and dash.
I think the problem with this build is the lack of CRIT and cooldown, you will depend of the active skill and basic CRIT chance to get the 50% toughness, the backstab cooldown is good but you will not always have the time or the oportunity to place behind enemies, this build require a lot of skill.
Once you are good at the game with good weapon breakpoints, the base crit chance isn’t that important really. Plus you have Scourge in the build and it gives a lot of crit chance already, you could see his crit chance shot up to 35% in a bleeding horde. And the backstab CD is more OP than people think. You can simple stagger a horde and dodge to the side or behind for easy backstab. I feel like this build is balanced. Had a couple of 3VEG games and did some crazy clutches with it. Most of the time I just shut my brain off and murder some green monsters.
@@minhkieu21 Yes, but Not everyone has skill to use builds like this. Thats why you met knife zealots getting insta death in damnation/auric/maelstrom builds are good but need a lot of skill to make it shine
im gonna be honest, i consider myself decent at darktide and i've used this build. i disagree with your last statement, you don't need to be very good at all to use this build, it is very very strong so long as you know the basics of the game this build will easily carry you and the rest of your team
@@kaleidusvermillion5425 he’s playing some of the hardest difficulties and making it look easy. There are always going to be people who are great at this game. I’ve got 400+ hours into the game, understand its mechanics relatively well, and could play this build on Damnation without too much issue.

For the overwhelming majority of people, you don't play Darktide, Darktide plays you. For Telopots and company, they play Darktide.

settings are a mix, lots of things on medium, dlss on quality with frame gen

Yeah, those last 7 words are absolutely key.
Once you're good at the game, you'll proc that backstab kill all the time. Just takes practice
