- This is all the footage I have of me learning how to skydive from 2013 from AFF level 1 to my checkout jump for my a-license. AFF levels 4, 5, and 7 are not shown due to video errors my instructors had during the jumps. But there isn't much too them that you can't find by watching the levels I do show here. The skills and tasks are building on each other one level at a time until I'm cleared to join the sky community.
All levels and jumps were completed at Skydive Palatka in Florida.
Very nice video ! cool to see the progress :D thinking about starting skydiving myself
Thanks. You absolutely should!
That work in the wind tunnel did you a huge favor. You looked much more relaxed and comfortable on your next jump.
Hell yea!! I finished my AFF last week ! Gunna get my coached jumps in this coming weekend!! 🤘🏽🤘🏽
Finished mine yesterday and did one console, loving it
@@andyhumphreys2681 how’s it goin?
Very cool. Your first tunnel time was impressive! I was bouncing around everywhere and even was on my back a couple of times. Looked it like it took you some time to stabilize after leaving the plane on Coach Jump 1 and 2.
I remember my first few jumps. Good times. Good video.
Great vid with great tunes. well done
Inspiring! I can't wait to do my first skydive!
That check dive was sick. How much did the tunnel time benefit you?
Funny I found this, I was looking at skydive Palatka for my AFF
Thanks for sharing. Which I Fly location did you go to?
I've been to the Chicago locations a couple times.
How many jumps do you have now? I have a few tandems and 10 min in the tunnel. I'm taking my transition class this Saturday and starting AFF! Can't wait.
Awesome; well good luck and have fun!
As of right now, I'm coming up on 150 jumps. I only jump a handful of times a month due to budget.
Fantastic progress Ryan... the instructor looks familiar... is it the MK Xscape? :)
Hey, sorry for the stupid long awaited reply. What's MK Xscape? I had a mix of instructors throughout my levels. Most of them repeated at least one level with me on the levels once I got them assigned to me during a jump.
Sick vid man well in
What was the very first song on this video???
i am jealous damn
I prefer the sound of the air to music.
What's the first songs name??
I listened to the songs you posted but they're not the very first one.
Back flying makes me giggle...
Where did you do it and how long did it take?
This was at skydive palatka. You can do it anywhere there is a DZ that's apart of USPA.
How long it takes depends on your skill level at acquiring and understanding the sport, weather, and budget.
Nice video ! Name of the song 4:01 ?
ZHU X Phantogram X Pharrell X Major Lazer - Faded In Love (bvnny Mashup)
How difficult is it to pilot the chute and land at the DZ?
Can't answer that. It depends on too many variables. Controlling and landing where you want is not that difficult in the right conditions and with help from your training. That's what being a student is for. To learn how to do these things you are asking about. Practice and continual learning helps make everything go smoother.
What's that clap along song?
Brad Sucks - Dropping Out of School
It’s a remix of happy
