- OUR EXPERIENCE TAKING A TRAIN IN BANGLADESH: This is definitely a first for us!
We took the express train from Dhaka to Sreemangal in the Sylhet Division of Bangladesh. And it was a great experience!
We had imagined Dhaka train station to be packed and overwhelming but people were extremely friendly and very helpful both at the station and on board the train.
We loved this way of traveling in Bangladesh!
Come with us as we explore and learn more about Bangladesh and travel the country with our two kids.
Thanks for watching!

Your elder son was absolutely right. Bangla 4 is exactly the same of English 8. He is very intelligent and has a sharp observation skill I can see.
Oh really! That is very cool! I have read your comment to him :)
@@AwaywiththeSteiners Thank you. It's my pleasure.
@@AwaywiththeSteiners Bangla 2 and English 2 are similar. Also, Bangla 0 and English 0 is similar. Thanks
@@AwaywiththeSteiners Bengali numbers are based on Hindu-Arabic numerals and English aka roman Numerals are actually Arabic numerals adopted by romans and greeks. :)
Not elder son she is daughter and one of my sister if she is Muslim
Oscar's prediction about train service was owesome. You guys are really humble with so much positivity. I'm happy that you are enjoying in Bangladesh and you deserve it.❤️
Thanks @Atikul I read your comment to Oscar ☺️☺️
Hey mate I am living in Melbourne, Australia and I was born and bread in Bangladesh for about 20 years then came in Australia for further study. To be honest with you, your family is the first time who went to the native areas to explore the real Bangladeshi hospitality and its great taste of the paradise (I would say). The rural areas people are more generous than city people and they would feed you with their best efforts which will blown your mind. In westerns I bet you will never find such kinda overwhelming hospitality they offer! But the key point was your whole family had the taste of village life and it’s nature. It was so lovely to see as how your family experienced the charming moments in rural areas. If you’re ever coming to Bangladesh I would love you to host you in my hometown it’s called Cumilla and it’s located just about 90 kilometres away from Dhaka. Still you need to see a large number of beauty of Bangladesh for sure. Much love for your lovely family and have to mentioned that how your wife worn the Bangladeshi dresses felt like she was one of Bangladeshi lovely lady 😊,,loved your family mate 👍
Thanks bro that's really cool. Appreciate your comment and the kind offer to visit Cumilla. We hope we will be back to Bangladesh soon.
