Bangladesh Biman is a government owned company, they tend to be less competitive than the private owned ones. But they are forced to improve now, cause the government has declared they won't bail them out from financial losses anymore.

Rainy season is not a ideal time to travel in Bangladesh. October to February winter time is good for travel. And in Bangladesh privet sector is better then govt sector. Novoair is a private company. Nowadays Biman Bangladesh also doing great job
