Playoff intensity. Unlike the weak uncontested 3 point YMCA gym NBA of today.

Bro that heat team was soooo deep Hardaway Majerle Mourning Mashburn pj Brown voshon leonard rookie Bruce Bowen Isaac Austin Kurt Thomas Ed Pickney. Idk how the bulls won that series. 8 players that averaged 10+ppg

Easy the 1 2 punch of jordan and pippen two guys that average 29.6ppg 20.2ppg and great defense that's how they won it was nobody on that heat team that could guard MJ or pip

They were very lucky to play in the conference finals. The suspensions helped them to beat the Knicks, otherwise they would had been eliminated by New York

Pippen sprained his ankle early in this one. Their bench picked up the slack. Rodman was relentless.

I don't care what anyone says these two teams would annihilate any of today's teams period.

    Alonzo Mourning
    PJ Brown
    Mashburn
    Dan Majerle
    Tim Hardaway
This team could beat any playoff team in the east that is playing rn. Including the todays Miami Heat.

Prior to Shaq and D-Wade, this was the deepest playoff run in Heat history

If you take Jordan out of the picture, Miami's roster is much better than Chicago's. But Maimi was simply swept away without a chance

And if you take Alonzo Mourning out of the picture, the Heat would easily be clobbered.

Pippen sprained his left foot and came out of the game with 5 1/2 minutes left in the first quarter. After a couple of trips to the locker room for X-rays, which were negative, Pippen lobbied Coach Phil Jackson to return to the game, but the directive came down from General Manager Jerry Krause: Pippen could not play again. An MRI exam was scheduled for Thursday.
"He wanted to go back in," Jackson said. "The doctors said, Unless it's really necessary, please don't use him.' "

4:27 can we give it up for this play from Jud Buecheler? A simple breakaway, 2 on 1, hesitation pass. But very heady. These unsung role players are such assets to championship teams

Mourning was really good but he was facing a frontline of Longley, Rodman and Williams, along with MJ who along with Payton are the GOATs at doubling down from the wing.
