Try to find a large pole or a flagpole that has a good amount of weight to it. You can probably pick it up easily if you grab it from the middle. However, try to grab the flagpole from the VERY END. It will feel so heavy you can't lift it off the ground. I tried that with another kid in high school many years ago. It's all physics. This is one reason these "arm wrestling" champions can beat their opponents who are stronger. They know how to use physics to their advantage to win.

Pfftt what? Falling to your death which is terrifying those few seconds but then boom you're gone, your brain isn't even quick enough to register you're dead so no nerve pain response. Gravity deaths may be terrifying in those short moments here however you're already dead before you can even register the pain
