Thank you for these lovely videos! As someone trying to strengthen my lower range (and hopefully extend downwards a little more) your videos are very helpful to finding a steady base 💚
Thanks from Poland. Been using your workouts and working with a voice coach for a month and have gone from completely embarrassed to sing to managing a decent tone on Silent Lucidity \m/
Question! For exercise 7 I'm having some trouble understanding what my throat should be doing. Should I be opening up to let the buzz proceed to my nose? Because when I do, I have no issues reaching all the other notes in the upper part of the exercise. But if I close it, and only have buzz in my throat, it feels more difficult to reach the upper notes. So should I use more nasal buzz or 😅 maybe I'm just confused. Any help would be great.
Greetings from England! Choirs are back and this warm-up feels really good, thanks. The water-break ads are off putting, so if you could pre-announce those, that would be awesome.
Can you please make a video like this, but with you guiding and correcting a student in real time. I find that watching an instructor and a student interact is a very helpful. This gives the viewer the opportunity to practice the corrections the instructor suggests. I also think the Top Down "smooth out the break" exercises work great. Just suggestions Thanks
Hello to you. I try to organize a daily vocal training for myself. I wonder if combining exercises for low notes with exercises for high notes in the same session will have a negative impact on my singing. Is it better to practice chest voice one day and head voice the next? I am asking for advice. Best regards !!

That second lips exercise was hard. It was easier to roll my tongue instead. Is that okay or should I work on using the lips?
