@@ShoaifAhmedAbdullahyou should have less exercises 15 is way to much you should even them out for the other push days so many exercises can lead to injuries and you skipping more days
I hope you can answer my question, but when I was doing a lot of push ups, like 50-60 in one go. It's an incline push up by the way, I use to push my self to the limit but there was one time where I did not warm up and went with 50 push ups in one go, then, I started to feel like there's a popping vein or something in the right side of the back of my shoulder exploded but the pain was tolerable, I did not care too much about it each time I feel that sensation when I do my push ups everyday, however, now, I stopped working out for like 1 month, that part where something exploded or popped like a blood is trapped in a twisted veins. By the way, it's painful now specially if I am stressed and even if I do not work out, the pain never goes away. Does anybody here knows what condition is this and can this be treated naturally? because of this pain, it affected the right side of the back of my neck and it connects to my right eye which is really2x painful that it feels like I have a migrane.
It is important yo note that if you do have dumbells, you can do more variations, like a leant over dumbell lateral raise which will put more tension at the lateral head at a different angle causing it to grow from a different angle which caused my side delts to grow a lot.
Note: 1-2 sets warmup for each exercise. Working set starts with your heaviest weight (10-12 rep max weight) Always control the eccentric, if the form breaks then you can do rest pause for 10 seconds and continue. Shoulder press (with good form, all the way to your chin level) Progressive overload is the key. Make sure you are progressing in your lifts every week. 2 sets of heavy x10-12 2 sets of moderate weight x15-20 Side lateral raises (emphasise turning your pinky up) 2 sets of heavy x10-12 2 sets of moderate weight x15-20 Rear lateral raises (emphasise turning your pinky up) 2 sets of heavy x10-12 2 sets of moderate weight x15-20
With Weights: 1. Lateral Raises (4x8) For Mid-Delts 2. Front Raises (3x5) For Front-Delts 3. Reverse Flys (4x8) For Rear-Delts Without Weights: 1. Pike Push Ups (4x10) For Mid-Delts 2. Planche Leans (3x8) For Front-Delts 3. Elbow Raises (4x8) For Rear-Delts
Thx dude maybe starting with little weight and then add more plates, going back to gym, it feels good yet I live only bar and dumbbell exercises lmao. 💪🏻👌🏻
Bro, the best exercise for big shoulders is the Overhead press, people say it's for the front delts, but no, it targets all delts if you think about it. The reason it will give you bigger shoulders than any other exercise is that you can get crazy strong at it like in a bench press.
You can do wall side raises for the side delt if you don’t have weights But I still definitely recommend getting some dumbbells or using weighted backpack instead
lateral raises and all the exercises regarding the shoulders are usually very challenging for the body, remember that you're trying to grow a really small muscle in comparison to other such as legs or back, therefore you won't be able to lift much especially in the beginning, don't focus on the weight but rather to really feel the contraction in the muscle with a perfect technique.
If the bodyweight exercises are too hard then you can try doing the weighted exercises with other heavy things(or i think it would work even with no weights and just doing x3 or x4 the the reps shown in the video).
Raiders have unfortunately been smart this draft. The two quarterbacks is a weird decision, maybe they don’t trade yo or go for Michael Penix Jr. good video!
Great video man but I do have some thoughts. You said wider so as width but working your front and back head of the should isn’t going to give width it’s gonna give size to the front and back of the shoulders. Also when doing lateral raises you don’t wanna be standing straight up with your arms out straight instead you won’t to bend over slightly and have your arms bent to a 35 degree angle. Because when doing lateral raises straight up with your arms going straight out you actually are putting more focus on the front head of the shoulder.
Kinda depends, what type of build do you have. If it’s muscle bulk, maybe eat less? If it’s just your body structure... probably nothing can be done. Some people just have naturally wide shoulders.

Also regular pushups also really help target the front delt, as it is a compound exercise targeting the chest, triceps, and front delt.
Nearly all compound chest excercises train your front delts thats why people should mainly focus on rear and side delt training.
@@emilfrederiksen.1622 this idea has caused people to lack in training the anterior deltoid, the deltoids are able to take high volume; feed them.

Do standing bench press for maximum core engagement preferably on jupiter
Is using the dumbells still good for calisthenics skills?
Can someone tell me if push-ups actually will make your shoulders more aesthetic at the same rate as dumbbell excercises
Push ups definitely will make your shoulders wider but i don't really know if it's as effective as weights.

Or just do lateral raises without dumbbells it will still work just keep doing it until you feel your shoulders pump and feel heavy
Ehhh.. You’ll get stronger but you won’t see rapid muscle growth. Speaking from experience 😅
What's the name of your haircut? 🙏
Hey what dumbell is that brand?

they work both front and side delts, the more you decline the more you work side delts
