- Hi Everyone,
To prepare for when Squadrons go live, I have created my own squadron called The Vindicated.
If you would like to join, then please head over to Inara and register your commander there.

The Vindicated are available in Beta, and you are welcome to make an application there, but I am not sure if memberships will carry over into the live build.
Please bear with me as I setup this new squadron, as its just me doing all the admin work for the moment and there is still yet a lot more to come.
I will be adding more to the Inara page in the coming days/weeks so keep an eye out there.

I went to inara right after I watched the video and looked for the squadron... at that time it didn’t exist.. this leads me to believe something funny was going on. I am 100% behind you on this. I believe I signed up for your squadron right away after looking on inara

Yeah, I have been experimenting on how to shoot outside combat footage for a while now for more story driven videos. So you should start seeing it more often.

Wow man that was edited so well, you know I was about to be low-key pissed off that you didn't includes the Corvette in that video...but then I saw it right at the beginning and remembered it was there.
I'm like man you can't give the Conda and Cutter cam time and not show the Corvette 😥...luckily I was wrong lol.

Im not sure. but you can register on Inara, which is where the group will most likely be run from. Inara is separate from Frontier.

Definitely something I want to be a part in. At least once FDev agrees to let go the tight restrictions on the galaxy and let players finally have a true impact, then its go for me.
What's your control setup? Haven't seen you post it anywhere. Are you using HOTAS? Dual stick with pedals?

Wow, this looks amazing! I've been a loner in ED for a very long time now and just recently been wanting to get more involved with the community. This looks like something I'd be a part of. I play on console and was wondering what the complications ( if any ) would be. Plus, do you have a video on how squadrons work? Thank you!
Console players are very much welcome, and once we have a group of us together, we can work out just exactly how things will be structured.

Nice. Would love to join, being a fellow aussie and I love your videos, but I already have two other squadrons to choose from so it depends an whether Frontier opens up the option to join, or at least affiliate, with multiple squadrons.

Will there be accompanying squadrons for the console versions? Or is this squadrons thing a purely third-party deal?
As far as I know, squadrons will be available on all systems. I dont see any issues with having a squadron operating across multiple systems, well other than not being able to wing up.

This group is for everyone. All skill levels, and is about having fun... I want to make it accessible to a wide assortment of players who want to enjoy the game in a squadron without all the drama.

I dont, but there is no reason why one cant be created if there are a few xbox guys in the squadron.

Console players are very much welcome, and once we have a group of us together, we can work out just exactly how things will be structured.
I'd be about as much use as a "get well soon" card at a funeral at the moment.
Maybe when I'm skilled enough to try PVP.
All skill levels are welcome... This isnt a PVP group, this is a group dedicated to the whole game, not a subset of it. Its about having fun, but with a common mindset on how to approach the game.
