Got a small suggestion for you... Not sure if would work? I am an underground miner IRL. (that plays minecraft) this mod is something I have been wanting forever! I also am an experienced blaster. We use a product called ANFO (ammonium nitrate and fuel oil) it's kind of a liquid form blasting agent that can be ignited by a spark.. TLDR - an end water source that is explosive? ENDFO? 😂
I think that this is a great example of a good update for the end, adding a uniquely challenging biome that breaks up the monotony of the normal end but isn’t to vibrant and maintains the consistency of the barren wasteland vibe the end gives off.
The 'content smp' artstyle from all these mods is so coherent and unique. Very similar to minecraft but with a unique twist that makes it really cool. Your art is great.
From what I know from rat is that lux is one of his main artists I think unless I am wrong and I am going to look like silly fool if I get it incorrect.

Boy, it sure would be convenient if a certain SMP had never explored the End, thus making it possible to start with the new biomes as soon as they finally get there... In all seriousness, though, this looks really cool. I love the design philosophy of finding interesting behaviours beyond just, "Does the thing, but better." It gives a real reason to go out and look for this new content, since just getting stacked with better gear starts to feel pointless after a while, unless you also add in unfair mobs to reward that new gear, which then in turn need to have rewarding drops for beating them, perpetuating the cycle. I'm already catching myself trying to work out how to make a TNTenium cannon of maximum destruction, and that has me excited to see what else you have planned.
Dunno if requests are valid for something like this, but I just think it would be cool if there was some kind of evolution to the endermite, the endermen really hate these things so why not give a reason why they hate them 😉
Maybe they could be larvae? If you "create" one in a relevant biome it will not despawn and instead produce new behavior? This could create a "lore" reason for why they are randomly spawning and aggressive (and why Endermen hate them.) Endermites are native to X biome. In this biome they will attempt to burrow into a "hive" block which can hold 3 mites. After 1/2 ingame days it will exit as a ender??? that continues its cycle by climbing up vines and waiting for endermen or players to come underneath at which point it drops on them (doing damage, enough that it gives it a major advantage) and attempts to kill the victim. It consumes ender pearls (so the player can accelerate this life cycle by dropping some for it) and after X amount of pearls it grows into an endender (a mouthful) that will begin hunting endermen similiarly to hoglins and piglins or zombies and villagers, even going as far as to telefrag them. Killing the endender will drop a pearl that creates a small non-destructive explosion where it lands and teleporting the player. This allows for the player to enter fights with an advantage such as throwing one into the area which raid waves spawned. The reason endermen hate mites is because they are stage 1 of becoming an apex predator. Stage 2 is "ignored" because it is mostly harmless as long as you aren't caught off guard and the endermen can't reach it from high up anyway (but will fight back and attempt to kill it if it is in range) and stage 3 as mentioned before is an apex predator. Endermen flood the end as a result of this species having been hunted down and almost been turned extinct but with the return of it perhaps the end's ecosystem will recover once more. (Could be cool to have it also add a mechanic where it prevents endermen from spawning within a radius around it, making it effectively an anti-enderman tool aswell.)
Hear me out: Oppinhimer special TNTenium statis Chamber. A 3x3 Pearl status chamber, with a piston door that opens up after, say, ten minutes, or on command. This allows the TNTenium to build up a load of airtime. Then, once it’s ready, you open the door, and launch that sucker at anyone who annoys you. Obviously, it would need to be rebuilt every time, but… hey. Oppinhimer special.

Best example of a good end update. Doesn’t over complicate the end with unnecessary biomes, structure over complicated cave systems and just a mix of random bosses.
The editing on this video is *excellent.* Also some excellent comedic timing. Mod looks very cool! I'm always down for End overhauls, as everyone has VERY different takes on them, and the End as-is is... well, frankly a blank slate.
I love this biome but i think it could be better if you made small "grass spots" around the trees so the Soroko is more hidden and so it doesn't feel as empty. it doesn't need to be much "grass" but kinda as the desert bushes. This is just an idea tho but would be fun if it were implemented :D

With this mod; you'd legit give me an extra reason to fear the end. It already gives me anxiety walking the end-lands knowing full well that I'm one accidental glance from aggravating a horde of self-conscious ender-folk, or one shoelace trip/failed ender pearl throw from falling into the deep dark abyss known as the void. But now I gotta be afraid of falling exploding blocks, land-mine-like spores on the ground and creatures that hide in the sand?? Bruh... Real talk though; this is such an interesting concept. You're right in saying that the end requires a much needed update. It needs more colour and life. So I look forwards to seeing this mod completed! You'll deffo have my support. :)
This is very unique, i really like it! The most part of the ideas of an end update is just the same thing over and over, the idea of a explosive theme for the is very creative.
Hey just a cool concept idea with the sirrocco. You should make it so the mob can effectively be killed with a pickaxe because of its rocky skin instead of a sword or other tool. Just a bit of feedback, anyways great job on the mod! ❤
Honestly this is the most original end mod I've seen and would be awesome if Mojang did something like this. I think a TNT + End update could be a perfect update for Minecraft lol

Suggestion, you can think of end dimension as space irl and the planets as end islands and im sure base on that you can get a ton of ideas on what biome or features you should do next i would also like to see a new way of transportation in the end besides elytra, bridging, and pearling like you know a boat in the end or should i say “space boat” if its not too much to do. This is just my suggestions feel free to ignore it, keep it up 👍

Im gonna write an idea i had for the end. (I just like putting stuff like this into text) 2 Biomes: a light purple biome with sparse trees called the outer fields, with wolf like creatures that are neuteral, but when angered, will use teleportation to go TOWARDS you. I always didn't like how endermen use the teleport to back away, just to run at you again, and this would also give the wolves a scary good pathfinding, as any space 3 blocks or shorter can just be bypassed. these creatures (which im gonna call outer wolves) will normally walk around in groups, and if one gets seperated, it will naturally go towards the group. the outer plains also has trees with aurora wood, wood with a light purple hue. the ground is made overgrown endstone, endstone covered in outer grass. you can find several flowers. these include stargazers, a dark flower that turns a bright yellow in the night (or always in the end) emmiting a soft glow. the other, more simple flowers are astral beautys, a vibrant flower that's blue in the center, but shifts to purple on the edges, and nightblooms, greyish flowers, that can hang on the ceiling as well as the ground. Next, a dark green biome, the color of an ender pearl called the ender marsh. it has small spots and hills of ender mud, being mostly bathed in pearlmuck, a luiquid that pushes you up when your in it, (you can shift to go down) but sinks any items in it. this can be bucketed, but the pearlmuck will fall slowly when pulled out. this place is also home to watcherwood, a dark greenish wood who;s boats dont sink in pearlmuck the trees are wide and thick, easy to hide behind... There are no enemies here, but there is some strange ocurrences, and You might feel watched as you traverse the biome, but thats a question for the next parts! Next: putting off that ominous bit, ender ravines! these ravines are exactly what you think. large cracks that dont go down into the void, but go pretty deep. in them, you can find stuff like lapis & redstone (in an endstone ore) and purpur shards, (2-6 per ore block) which can be crafted into cobbled purpur, the. smelted for purpur stone, which you can make into bricks. both purpur stone forms can make stairs, slabs, and all the like, purpur shards can be used in armor trims. you can find all ore in all the islands, which now have a bottom made of hardened endstone, which is a bit harder to break, and can warn the player that they're about to break through to the void. Now, as an actual structure, you can find an end castle, floating on a raised end island made of cobbled purpur and rimmed with watcherwood planks. the castle is filled with wanderers, a mob rarely seen outside the castle, which act like ender zombies and skeletons, they look like decaying creatures, some humanoid, some with larger, bulkier figures, and some with short, squat bodies. they all can be identified by the blackish green hue, mixed with the fading purple light coming from their eyes. in the castle field, you can find a market grounds, where things like rare plants and flowers have been abandoned (for players who cant find a certain biome back in the overworld) and also you can find shops with precious tools and armor, or redstone trinkets, or even precious books. in the castle walls, there are storerooms with many kinds of random food, and even a throne made with 2 diamond blocks, purpur bricks, and endstone. in this throneroom, you can find an old king wanderer, puppeteered by an end watcher, a translucent creature with it's most visible traits being its shining purple eyes, and features of a distorted enderman. once the king is defeated, the watcher will charge at you, and from there is quick and strong, but fragile and easily defeated. it does create illusions, which attack witout damaging you though, so good luck hitting it. thats all, I need to seek help for these creepy ideas, especially the castle. If you couldn't guess, the wanderers are most likely poor creatures that ended up stranded beetween space, and fell victim to the power and trickery of an end watcher.
you could add a mob that sunches itslef into the air and xplodes on impact with the ground, it could be a soft tutorial to how tennium sand and tntennium work
It's not just me, EightSidedSquare is the sole person responsible for coding all the features now, and it took us a year and half to develop after 2-3 years of it just being concepts floating around in my head.
Wow!! My problem I usually have with Minecraft mod is of course the fact that they don’t seem vanilla, from the textures feeling of or the item being too strong. But this mod seems like something Minecraft could do (except maybe the grenade haha). And in addition, every end update mod seems to disregard what the end should be: replacing barrens landscapes with big trees full of life. But your mod seems to keep the barren and empty nature of the end!!! Never saw a mod that good!!!
I have the idea of an end game item that works like frost walker but it can be used in the air. While the player holds the item in their off hand and shifts, it essentially replaces any air under the player with a temporary, glassy block which also negates fall damage when they use it to break their fall. This would allow the player to walk over the void or use it like a water bucket to break their fall. Another interesting thing this could do is to launch a player up when used while falling into the void, I don't think this should outright consume the item or have a hard countdown, but maybe it has a chance to give a temporary unpleasant status effect such as levitation, weakness, or poison to discourage spamming the void saving effect over and over.
I'm not sure when this mod will be released, but it is one of the best ones being developed so far. A lot of care and attention has been into every feature showcased in this video! Really looking forward for the future development of this mod! Great stuff! :D
1:09 one could even call it *kinetic sand* (forgive me) Terrible pun aside, this update would actually be really cool. I love that pretty much every feature has a unique interaction or purpose and isn't just a new block that's only there to look nice.

2 Biomes: a light purple biome with sparse trees called the outer fields, with wolf like creatures that are neuteral, but when angered, will use teleportation to go TOWARDS you. I always didn't like how endermen use the teleport to back away, just to run at you again, and this would also give the wolves a scary good pathfinding, as any space 3 blocks or shorter can just be bypassed. these creatures (which im gonna call outer wolves) will normally walk around in groups, and if one gets seperated, it will naturally go towards the group. the outer plains also has trees with aurora wood, wood with a light purple hue. the ground is made overgrown endstone, endstone covered in outer grass. you can find several flowers. these include stargazers, a dark flower that turns a bright yellow in the night (or always in the end) emmiting a soft glow. the other, more simple flowers are astral beautys, a vibrant flower that's blue in the center, but shifts to purple on the edges, and nightblooms, greyish flowers, that can hang on the ceiling as well as the ground.
Next, a dark green biome, the color of an ender pearl called the ender marsh. it has small spots and hills of ender mud, being mostly bathed in pearlmuck, a luiquid that pushes you up when your in it, (you can shift to go down) but sinks any items in it. this can be bucketed, but the pearlmuck will fall slowly when pulled out. this place is also home to watcherwood, a dark greenish wood who;s boats dont sink in pearlmuck the trees are wide and thick, easy to hide behind...
There are no enemies here, but there is some strange ocurrences, and You might feel watched as you traverse the biome, but thats a question for the next parts!
Next: putting off that ominous bit, ender ravines! these ravines are exactly what you think. large cracks that dont go down into the void, but go pretty deep. in them, you can find stuff like lapis & redstone (in an endstone ore) and purpur shards, (2-6 per ore block) which can be crafted into cobbled purpur, the. smelted for purpur stone, which you can make into bricks. both purpur stone forms can make stairs, slabs, and all the like, purpur shards can be used in armor trims. you can find all ore in all the islands, which now have a bottom made of hardened endstone, which is a bit harder to break, and can warn the player that they're about to break through to the void.
Now, as an actual structure, you can find an end castle, floating on a raised end island made of cobbled purpur and rimmed with watcherwood planks. the castle is filled with wanderers, a mob rarely seen outside the castle, which act like ender zombies and skeletons, they look like decaying creatures, some humanoid, some with larger, bulkier figures, and some with short, squat bodies. they all can be identified by the blackish green hue, mixed with the fading purple light coming from their eyes. in the castle field, you can find a market grounds, where things like rare plants and flowers have been abandoned (for players who cant find a certain biome back in the overworld) and also you can find shops with precious tools and armor, or redstone trinkets, or even precious books. in the castle walls, there are storerooms with many kinds of random food, and even a throne made with 2 diamond blocks, purpur bricks, and endstone. in this throneroom, you can find an old king wanderer, puppeteered by an end watcher, a translucent creature with it's most visible traits being its shining purple eyes, and features of a distorted enderman. once the king is defeated, the watcher will charge at you, and from there is quick and strong, but fragile and easily defeated. it does create illusions, which attack witout damaging you though, so good luck hitting it.
thats all, I need to seek help for these creepy ideas, especially the castle. If you couldn't guess, the wanderers are most likely poor creatures that ended up stranded beetween space, and fell victim to the power and trickery of an end watcher.

It's not just me, EightSidedSquare is the sole person responsible for coding all the features now, and it took us a year and half to develop after 2-3 years of it just being concepts floating around in my head.

Wow!! My problem I usually have with Minecraft mod is of course the fact that they don’t seem vanilla, from the textures feeling of or the item being too strong. But this mod seems like something Minecraft could do (except maybe the grenade haha). And in addition, every end update mod seems to disregard what the end should be: replacing barrens landscapes with big trees full of life. But your mod seems to keep the barren and empty nature of the end!!! Never saw a mod that good!!!

I have the idea of an end game item that works like frost walker but it can be used in the air. While the player holds the item in their off hand and shifts, it essentially replaces any air under the player with a temporary, glassy block which also negates fall damage when they use it to break their fall. This would allow the player to walk over the void or use it like a water bucket to break their fall. Another interesting thing this could do is to launch a player up when used while falling into the void, I don't think this should outright consume the item or have a hard countdown, but maybe it has a chance to give a temporary unpleasant status effect such as levitation, weakness, or poison to discourage spamming the void saving effect over and over.

Like small gorges shaped like trenches and mobs based off of artillery.
I'm not sure when this mod will be released, but it is one of the best ones being developed so far. A lot of care and attention has been into every feature showcased in this video!
