    What an amazing young man. He has faced such adversity and yet still his devotion to his family remain strong. He fed his mom in jail. He provided childcare for his sister's young daughter instead of going to school. He fled with his mom, who would be executed if she stayed in NK. He stayed by her side as they made the terrifying journey to Thailand. This kind of life, the adversity he has faced, yet still speaks so kindly and humbly, is incredible. Wow, what a guy. He puts most young men and women in the states to shame.

    That's how it was in Romania when I was a child before '89. I wish people from countries that didn't experience life in a dictatorship realise how lucky they are and that they cherish their freedom and rights more. I hope they realise that people died for them to have these and that it's their duty to fight for them.

I was hit by nuns as a student in private schools-corporal punishment is never ok. By the way, the architect of the North Korea system, Kim Jong Un, is the guy that Donald Trump continually praises. so sad our kids are so picky and we have trouble getting them to eat! That was always our major concern that we'd get the kids to eat! Corn is not a very nutritious food. Kids need protein and carbs and everything in a balanced diet! Here in the states even the government will give food vouchers to mothers to make sure that the kids have food! As a Grandmother and Mother this really bothers me!

  • @NickNekko

    • @devilishpanda916
      @devilishpanda916 2 месяца назад +3

      @EffiiCat I came here to say exactly that.. they are watched like inmates in prison.. everything you do is seen and dealt with accordingly if you stray from the norm.. NK doesn't even have grocery stores.. food/rations are rationed out according to your social standing.. if you're part of the government/regime then you actually have wealth a car a home and never ending access to food.. if you're anything other than that you have nothing.. the whole city where the dictator lives is essentially a movie set.. citizens are "hired" to act like a normal city when they're in tourist season.. it's crazy they even let travelers in because they have to put up this huge facade.. they're a full communist country.. they don't even have TV shows to watch you watch what they regime broadcasts out to you .. there's no internet access no one but the elite can own a car ..
