Mugen Waluigi's Boss Rush Survival!

Ah I have finally returned to the Mugen content creation world (maybe). I've been caught up with tons of things lately but I've been wanting to show people who followed me for Mugen that I still do stuff with it and more content will be there in the future.
Aaaanyways here's Waluigi by Pizzasauce200
He performed overall pretty well, against certain bosses he really can't do much though due to his very low damage output compared to Ganondorf. He can however do a good job at stunlocking some of the more annoying bosses like The Dragon.
Rules:
1. No OP characters
2. Must be fought in a normal stage, not a 1.1 special stage
3. No button commands unless absolutely necessary
4. Editing the bosses is not allowed
