      dont call it old school karate just shotokan, old school are more okinawa te (shito Ryu and Goju Ryu for example) ;) which i do btw

    Ma perchè ci si ostina a credere ancora alle favole?
    un buon Karate non è quello tradizionale ma quello che Machida utilizza combattendo in UFC

      Eccolo è arrivato....ma cosa stai dicendo.....intanto tt le arti marziali e sport da combattimento sono efficaci se insegnati nell giusta maniera....e poi arrivi tu a dire che il maestro Kanazawa non insegnava un'arte marziale efficace.....poi stai paragonando due cose diverse( Machida ok ha fatto Karate però lo ha adattato ad uno sport da combattimento che nn ha nulla a che vedere con le arti marziali) i combattimenti e i sistemi di combattimento sono diversi però non puoi dire che questi maestri non insegnavano qualcosa di efficace.....

    None of those karate footwork moves he used will work in a real fight.I saw so many traditional karate guys back in the days try to fight Muay Thai fighters and they all got their knees blown out because of those wide karate stances that are only good for strengthening the legs.
