I LOVE this band
There was a band in France of 5 guys, 4 friends and drummer that looked a bit out of place.. The band wad called the idles and I was part of it. We no longer play together but I'm happy to hear your band idles playing great music ! Cheers for the sound my idle brothers !

I was at the gig where they premiered the track back in 2017 and it was so much faster than it is now.
its freakin dope I love it one of many times were songs sounds better slowed down than sped up. Even though alot of those songs get sped up.
That's the good thing about live music they can exstend songs to create atmosphere like rottweiler is only 5 minutes long on the album and on the live album it's 10 minutes long this is true on other songs on the live album to
21 days clean, lockdown brought me to peaky and peaky introduced me to idles and that was 11 days ago. 11 of my 21 days have been underpinned by listening to everything Idles I can get. I haven't fallen in love with a band since my teens 30 years ago. Thank you.

At 1:03:43 I grabbed the hat. At 1:31:15 I stage dived with the hat. Of course I lost it. Could have kept it as souvenir, but the idea of stage diving while screaming "There's a snake in my boot" with a cowboy hat on was too tempting.

77 days clean, achieved during lockdown. I used for 28 years and I fight my subutex withdrawals with The Idles.I am currently sitting here with tears in my eyes because of the beauty of this band. The self affirming message and empowerment of The Idles is unmatched and I sincerely believe that they are the most important band in the world today. I will love them until my dying day.

I drove myself to the point of insanity. I was going to end up dead or locked away on the funny farm. I think a power greater than me intervened and stopped me, because I could not stop myself. I do NA and CA via Zoom, and I now have 89 days between me and my dealer. Life is beautiful!

I've spent the last couple of months falling in love with this band and this video is on near constant rotation. I haven't felt this impacted by or connected to new music in at least a decade, maybe more. Such love, passion and community on display here, and somehow every song is damn near perfect.

I really love this band. Especially when they are performing live. The ultimate test if you are really great. I like all the musicians. The bass, the singer, of course the guitar players. And the drummer is really like the wizard of Oz. Enjoying everything every moment.
I was supposed to see IDLES live for the first time at Lolla Brazil earlier this month. But then Covid-19 came and fucked everything. I know that, someday, I'll see those guys live and have the best time ever. Thank goodness I have this amazing footage to keep me pumped up.
