I don't remember hearing it in the video, but the roller bolts need to be marked before removing them. They are side specific since the holes for the split pins are drilled after the bolts are installed. Other than that, the video was great.
Hey thanks for the thorough walkthrough in this. I’m in the middle of doing mine but no dealers have the spring pins in my area. Could you tell me the size as I need to source them from a local hardware store. Thanks for any help you may provide!
Very informative. Couple questions for you. 1, what kind of spring compressor are you using? 2, I don't see on your website the replacement bolt you described in the video. EDIT- I see now in the pull down option of the rollers. Thanks. 3, I assume these rollers would work perfectly with a aftermarket clutch kit, correct? It would be awesome if you guys did a combo of rollers, tools, and a spring kit for a one stop shop. Thanks for the video, and the information as well. Just subscribed.
My can am x3 ds has 3 rollers on my secondary clutch. One of them spins with ease when i touch it. The other 2 rollers do not spin when i touch them. Is that normal?

I have done a few and never ran in to an issue, you can move the bolt a quarter turn without damaging anything

Excellent video - this is my exact problem.
One question - why is it you can’t reuse the original bolt that came with the machine?
