THE BEST SLOW COOKED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS ~ EASY SLOW COOKER/CROCKPOT RECIPE

These slow cooked chicken drumsticks are packed full of flavour and fall right off the bone! I made a very simple but delicious marinade, mixed everything together in the slow cooker and left them to cook. The result was outstanding and a must try!
For the simple marinade (for 1kg skin on chicken drumsticks) I used:
3/4 cup of ketchup (185ml)
2 tsp frozen garlic or 2 cloves chopped
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp english mustard

That looks so nice Vicki. I'm.not usually a fan of cooking meat with the bone in, purely because I don't like the faff/ mess of getting meat off , but this I could pull apart before I serve it would be loveky with mash. My husband likes eating meat off the bone tho so this a good dish to cook. And not expensive either. Definitely going to give this 1 a go.

@@Victoria_Foulger went food shopping this afternoon got the chicken drumsticks. Have got everything else I need for it. On my meal plan for early next week. Also lidl had some of the Italian week left, so I bought the pasta bows with the lemon flavour. Not on meal plan now this week but will keep it in the cupboard. I love lemon 🍋 so if I see salmon in offer I will get some or any other fish I fancy and do a creamy lemon / parsley fish pasta dish
